Unauthorized Charge of USD 29.99 – Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with Yodha App due to an unauthorized charge of USD 29.99 on my HDFC debit card via PayPal. On 14 May 2026, I paid USD 0.99 for a Soulmate Sketch service, which I received successfully. However, on 21 May 2026, Yodha App debited an additional USD 29.99 without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. I did not subscribe to any Premium services or request any additional features.
Despite multiple emails and clarifications sent to their support team, the responses were misleading and incorrect. They claimed I purchased a Premium trial starting in April, which is false. I never received any activation code or emails regarding the alleged subscription. Their customer support suggested checking spam folders and repeatedly insisted on benefits I never used. They did not resolve the unauthorized charge.
This experience has been frustrating and alarming. Yodha App has charged money without consent and failed to provide proper resolution. I strongly caution others to be careful when dealing with Yodha App. I am posting this review to warn users to avoid unauthorized charges and poor customer service.
