Yondr Money Avis 8

Useless customer support. Can’t contact support through app, says response within 2 hours, messages obviously aren’t even being sent through as there is no record of any conversations despite multiple attempts to message them or “report a bug”. Finally managed to find a working email to apparently be able to contact support at, yet I am still waiting for a response back.
I sent funds from my bank account 6 days ago, still waiting for them to reflect in my Yondr account, the payment shows on my bank transactions as being processed.

Can you actually get into contact with the incompetent spuds. I’ve had $1900 transferred into the account, and been 10 days and still nothing, also no emails back or no response in chat

Imagine not letting us use our flipping phones

Fails on everything .... had no use of card for 5 days ... no notification...then received message system issues.... then told fixed still no card usage.... requested close account 4 days still no money ... customer service they advise 2 hours but takes more like 24 hours then no reply ... no phone number so can't even call them

Worst app ever. Too many bugs. Not user friendly at all. Would not recommend.

I loved this app overseas. It was so easy to transfer money into this account and convert directly from AUD to USD. Not to mention no extra international fees and the best exchange rates in Australia. I also love the fact that I can have multiple digital cards and Apple Pay because I did forget the physical card at home and the digital cards were my saving grace.
If you’re looking for a simple travel card without all the fees of a big 4 this is it! 10/10

What I love about this app, is that its so easy to use and this is what 'taking control of your money' means.

Its as simple to use and there is a wide variety of features that help me, manage my money.

Now backed with Apple Pay, I get to control as well, what cards I have (virtual) and what their purpose is to be. I have 1 for online gaming, 1 for bills and 1 for my everyday spend.

Also, their currency conversion tool is so easy to use. I dont need a travel card, I dont need to notify my bank where im going, im not worried about conversion fees because Yondr's is by far the best. So, this app has everything!

Great app with excellent exchange rates for travelling and cool features like spend analytics and multiple virtual cards that make it easier for me to budget my month-to-month expenses.

I absolutely love the fact that there is in-app chat support to help resolve issues and that I have security controls to order, freeze or block any cards.

This app is everything the banks SHOULD be! Best of all, it’s FREE!
