I brought some sheets from this firm in yorkshire and I must say they are beautiful and very soft

I recently discovered grounding. I have a grounding mat on my mattress. It's possible to cover it, but this only works if the covering sheet is fine and pure cotton. I bought 2 flat cotton sheets from Yorkshire Bedding and they do the job perfectly. I'm delighted.

Disappointing experience

This was a very small purchase, around £6, ordered accidentally by my 86-year-old mother. It was returned promptly, unopened and within the required timeframe.

Despite this, Yorkshire Bedding claimed that the wrong item had been returned and initially refused the refund. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of clear evidence or proper information to support this decision. It left me feeling that something within the returns or operations process had simply not been handled correctly.

I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but the way a business deals with them matters. The amount involved was tiny, yet the amount of time and effort spent trying to resolve a £6 refund was completely disproportionate.

Eventually, the issue is less about the money and more about fairness, customer service and having proper processes in place. I hope Yorkshire Bedding reviews what happened internally and looks at its returns and operations procedures so that other customers don’t have the same experience.

A small refund should never become such a lengthy and frustrating issue for a customer.

The bottom sheet l bought fits my bed beautifully its deep corners go over the mattress well and dont keep slipping off like a lot of other bottom sheets l have had in the past
I also was very impressed with the range of colours and quality of the sheets and also the easy ordering and quick delivery was very good
I would recommend the Yorkshire bedding company and will be using them from now on .

Beautiful bedding with a lovely soft feeling to it. It washes beautifully and needs minimal ironing. My only concern was the size of the opening for the duvet, as it was very small and I struggled with it. Service was great and delivery fast.

I purchased a brand new single bed. So I needed new covers i bought this double flat sheet from Yorkshire bedding.co.uk its Egyptian silk much smoother and I like the double on the single bed to give plenty of hang on both sides. I would use this company again. They didnt take to long in delivering either.
