Yorkstone Supplies Ltd Avis

Very helpful on our visit to their office. Worthwhile seeing the various options available and gave us samples to take away for comparison with our existing Yorkstone. Once a decision was made the transaction and delivery went smoothly. We have yet to have the slabs laid but this will happen soon. Overall, so far very satisfied.

I kept ordering short on quantity and on the third delivery they delivered free. The driver even helped me wheelbarrow the stones and estimate that I had enough before he left. He brought extra in case. Perfect!

Donna is outstandingly helpful, efficient and charming to deal with.

A good product, delivered on time.

Great service and goods. The stones were exactly what we wanted.

Great service from these people, strongly recommend.

Thanks for delivery, all went well, the delivery driver went beyond the call of duty to get the slabs onto the property ! Thanks very much

Very helpful when ordering. The quality of the yorkstone was very good .Prompt delivery. Good all round experience

good response time delivery as promised and stone was excellent. Delivery charge however was very high.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Fast delivery and quality product.

The product on the whole is good. One batch had a few faulty slabs which were an inconvenience but overall the service from Yorkstone has been pretty good.

The carriers they use however have been VERY POOR in communicating delivery dates and times. In fact they never contacted us and we had to chase up information from Yorkstone. Very poor service in my view given the value of the order and importance in knowing delivery details.

I strongly recommend Yorkstone tighten up this area of their business as it really lets the side down. In this day and age there is no excuse for not supplying customers with relatively accurate delivery information.

I found that Yorkstone Supplies Ltd were highly professional to deal with and provided some truly excellent quality, character reclaimed York stone - you can see the history in the stone! They went above and beyond what I expected to ensure the delivery went without a hitch and positioned the stone in a good spot and were always friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, delivered on time within a tight delivery schedule. Stone is just as described. Cheers.

Very good stone and excellent service and delivery.

No problems, Stone is first class and packed with a good size range also thickness is as estimated, looks superb as a patio,

Superb service. I needed a very specific small order and they could not have been more transparent, helpful and reliable. My paving arrived quickly and on the day they said was. Even the delivery guy was friendly and helpful.
