Unfortunately this project didn’t run like it should. This is very unusual for London stone but on this occasion some of the products weren’t correct and some were missing. These things happen but the time it took to fulfil the order affected our clients experience and us completing the project on time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review and also thank you again for your order.
I have taken onboard the points you have raised in the review and investigated into this to see what had happened. I can see that once the issue was brought to our attention our colleague Joe took on fixing this for you and made sure to get the correct goods out to you as soon as he possibly could to limit the delay onsite.
Please accept my apologies for the delay this caused you onsite and I imagine due to how close this was to the bank holiday there was added pressure.
As you stated unfortunately errors can happen from time to time but we do pride ourselves on our customer service to put those errors right and fix the issue.
The issue will be addressed internally with the department head for further assessment and checks to be done on the orders being picked by our Operations team moving forward.
