I would highly recommend this company as like some other companies, you never hear back , but can’t say that about this one I got a cheque through the post within 2 months so this was a great surprise!!!

They told me back last year that they were checking to see if I had a claim, several weeks ago, Seemed like I had been successful, Told it could take about 8 weeks, and if.i got a letter from the company that I had the claim through should tell them straight away, we're going into three months since then, Now I'm wondering what's going on, The original form was sent, I think in 2022 ,So I'm waiting, hopefully someone has had this happen, And can reassure me they legitimate

The company got a secondary refund, sent me the cheque and then reminded me I hadn't cashed it as I'd forgotten about it - I thought that was really good service.
