I didn't sign up for any Marketing from this Company nor have I used a search engine for any similar service. They claim to be pushing a "Government Backed Debt Scheme" which is nonsense as there is no such "scheme". An IVA is not a magic wand solution and will have a lasting impact on those who view it as such. Much better to speak to Citizens Advice who can arrange one of the many Debt Charities to assist for free rather than using an expensive private company. The Marketing email I received also suggests they have 5 star reviews here on TripAdvisor but actually it's 4.4 stars, so at least be honest. Oh, and stop sending unwanted emails!

Very precise about the process and explanation of what needed to be done and obtained

I am so grateful to my advisor Marc, he was extremely helpful and patient with me. We spoke through all of my options he explained the pros and cons of each, I was really confident that I was making an informed decision and now it truly feels like a weight has been lifted. Don’t live with the worry of your debt, get in touch with this service they are very supportive and understanding.

The staff dealing with me was very friendly and nice explanation was very good he repeated as much as he could, I was very happy with him to speak again , but My English was bit poor to understand everything, overall good experience with him
