Great customer experience and speedy delivery! Just the packaging was a bit crushed and the tape coming off the carton, so not very secure in transit, otherwise it would have been 5*

Great all round experience, really competitive prices plus my first use discount, easy ordering and swift delivery even though I had standard delivery! Very well packaged too. So convenient
Automatic delivery of dog food takes one worry off my list. Changing the delivery frequency was easy (just an email) as I had initially overestimated how much we’d need. Lovely service

Great product
Great product, great price but slower delivery than we anticipated meant we had to buy an additional 2kg bag from another vendor to stop gap.
Would buy again, but will need to take this in to consideration when timing the purchase.

All good except for the delivery
All good except for the delivery. Evri said it would be delivered on 13th, but it was delivered on 14th.
We were in Edinburgh, so too late for my trip and it is now left outside until we return on 19th.

Employ a better courier firm
Employ a better courier firm! Delivered to wrong address and left in an insecure location. Heavy parcel had to be retrieved by 70yo in inclement weather.

Had we been made aware of any delays with your delivery, we would have investigated as a matter or urgency for you, but we have had no contact from you regarding this order. As your order was placed over the Bank Holiday weekend, dispatch was on Tuesday 11th, which was the first working day back after Easter. Your updates from the courier have been to advise that it is in the network and now on it's way. We have looked into the tracking and can see that it is manifested for delivery today, which is within our standard delivery times given that we have had a Bank Holiday weekend. If you have had received notices of delay from the courier, please can you get in touch on woof@yourdogsclub.co.uk and speak to our Customer Services Team as we can see no notices of delay on the tracking so we will need to investigate this for you.
