Trophy Pet Foods Avis 

Customer since late 2023. Our rescue border collie at the time was never quite right digestively on other dog foods, and boy, did we try so many of them. I wish I had found Trophy sooner, as it solved our dog's digestive issues completely. Then, when we got another rescue dog, who simply refused to eat the food he came with from the rescue centre, we quickly switched to Trophy again, and now he loves dinner time and his digestive issues are also resolved. Highly recommend their food finder thing on their website. Trophy is 2 for 2 in our house.

My dog has flourished on Trophy food her entire 10 years. Yesterday I realised we had run out of her usual. I went online and ordered a bag, thinking I’d have to source an alternative, until it arrived.
Today, just as I was about to go and get alternative food, Trophy delivered her new bag! Literally 24 hours after I ordered! What more could I ask for? I’m so happy, and it means my dog’s diet isn’t interrupted with an alternative. I can highly recommend Trophy Pet Foods for not only the quality, but also the speedy delivery.

I used to deal with a rep, but since they left and I've had to order online and there has been a steady decline in the service you get this way, to the point now where when you place an order you have to wait several days before you hear anything. Sometime you start to doubt you actually placed an order, but there it is in your history, then eventually you will get a notice that it's been dispatched and maybe a week, but more often longer you'll actually get a delivery. I have considered ordering an extra sack so I always have a spare here to cope with the terrible response the online ordering system has, but then I also think should I just find an alternative, sadly this company seems to have outgrown it's capability and I feel now the customers are suffering as a result

Our labrador retriever Mia has been using Trophy for the last 6 years. Her coat is lovely and she really enjoys mealtime! Would definitely recommend.

After using Trophy for the past (almost) 11 years we moved from the North East to Lancashire 3 months ago and John and Marie have continued to look after us via DPD. We reordered from them yesterday and it was delivered today, fantastic service as always.

Matt from Torbay has been feeding my feline companions for around 8 years now. Even the snow in early 2018 didn’t stop him from getting through (south Devon roads are pretty hilly and windy). The care he shows for his animal customers is outstanding, with him going that extra mile for their wellbeing. Corporates could learn a great deal, following his example and cascading it down. I’m just outside his area now, so drive over to collect out of loyalty.

10 years of being a loyal customer, told to go elsewhere. Very disappointing from Trophy pet foods Stafford area.
We understand inflation and price rises that’s totally understandable but when we were charged a large increase the next month without any notification at all, our local supplier stated it’s probably best for both of us if you find another supplier, after ten years of loyal and happy custom this is very disappointing. We have had zero communication and been ignored since this call

I recently rescued a West Highland Terrier who has many problems. Luckily I was recommended to Trophy Pet Foods and I must say I am delighted with the efficient, friendly service I have received from the Agent, Mariem. I couldn't be happier. So where can I begin. We met Chris when our pup was 8 weeks old. Never forget the day Chris got attacked buy another dog but he still on insisted on serving us, he recommended things for our pup that I never would have heard of. I had German shepherd's in the past now I have lab. So Chris recommended the food and bed etc for bailey (our pup). Then I messaged Chris to see if I can have some food delivered (late in evening) Chris replied and this was quick and easy. However my card would not work I was at work at the time Chris said don't worry and do a bank transfer. Later on during the month I messaged Chris regarding puppy milk Chris said not worth it as it has everything in. Today we called into the shop and had a chat with him as I was told to by rabbit skin for the pup to stop it chewing Chris recommended better and more solid toys that bailey can't destroy in seconds.
Chris is always on hand when I need advice for our dog cannot recommend him enough.
If people like me having doubt etc please don't my lab is massive for his age and healthy so vets have said.
