Sounds like we all need a Joshua. However my experience is either constantly being told someone is coming and they don't. On the occasions they do the job is done shoddily - bird dirt not removed, sills not washed, water marks left on windows, all done in minutes only of course the result is they are not done. Previous complaints have led to further promises that they will return - but they don't!! Why is running an efficient business so difficult?

I am always satisfied. Joshua our window washer always called me exactly when he comes so I can open the gates. He is very professional and friendly .

Window cleaner came this morning 11/05/2026. He was here all of 2mins, my kitchen window still has bird poo on it and the sill of my patio door is still not cleaned. I was told when I signed up that ALL my windows AND SILLS would be cleaned, I was in my bathroom when he was doing the bathroom windows and all he did on them was squirt some water on them, he never touched them with the brush. £15 is a lot of money to pay for a shoddy job, and if it happens again I will be cancelling and finding someone who will do the job properly. If I could post photos I would.

Haven't had the best experience with this company, they cleaned the wrong house on the first occasion , promised someone would come the following day but no sign of anyone which meant 2 days waiting in all day. Someone finally came on the third day, we've had a few more cleans since although keep getting messages to say they are coming the following day despite cleaning them less than two weeks previously. The last time 2 windows were missed out completely and today has been another no show, as we have a reactive dog we have to be here so have had several wasted days, not impressed, needless to say I will be looking for a new window cleaner.

I found Ellis and the rest of the telephone support team very helpful, professional and genuine. They promoted their company's service well, but were not pushy at all. They were easy to get hold of and reliable and prompt about getting back if an agent was on the line. And then straight and professional in actioning requests. I had questions, and eventually cancelled - purely for my own reasons, so I spoke to them a few times, mainly to Ellis. So these comments refer mainly to her, but the other staff seemed just as helpful. A credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in going back to them after this.

Did not clean all as promised. Could not make contact with the company. I did not realize payment would taken by direct debit as I gave them my debit card information, now having trouble cancelling payment even at the bank.

Excellent service and product

I cancelled their services last year because they repeatedly charged me the full amount despite only cleaning the front windows, as they had no access to the back of the house. The company also failed to notify me before attending, so there was no opportunity to arrange access.

Despite cancelling by email, cleaners have continued to turn up at my property. On more than one occasion I personally told the cleaner to remove my address from their list, yet they still attempted to provide the service and then sent invoices for full payment again.

Poor communication, poor administration, and a very frustrating experience overall.

Can not stress enough to not use this service if you are in the Billingham area. I can not say for other places but booked them, they came around, cleaned and left, They had already pre-warned me that the first cleaning might leave it dirty from any grim that was in cracks and that would have been okay, but not a single window was actually cleaned, the two front ground floor windows all still had dirt from before they came, one with bird shit that was there before and still there after right in the middle of the window, blows my mind, essentially came around sprayed the windows with some water then left. Shame, The person who came around to sign me up, extremely polite explained everything and sold me on the service only for them to instantly mess it up on the first clean. Then when going to cancel the service, you go to the site and there is the service with a cancel button, you press it and you just get prompted with a message that your cancelation request has been received and they will get in contact, been two days and no contact and service still says it isn't cancelled, so don't use this service unless you want to pay some one to splash some water on your window and make you jump through hoops to stop the service.

Had a young man called Alex come to clean my windows today. He was a really nice young man and did a great job.

Came home to lovely clean windows this afternoon. Thank you Joshua for doing an excellent job and for closing the side gate before leaving.

Joshua cleaned the front and back windows today and was very polite and friendly. Cannot complain.

This company claims you’re in control of the service, although their website does not work properly, I cannot access my account fully and see the cost of the service or what date I am getting my windows cleaned etc, when I contacted “your local” about this they expressed they are updating their website etc. however this has been their excuse for the last 2 weeks. Also when the window cleaners turned up they only did half of my house but charged me for the full amount.
I have had to ring my bank to ensure no more money could be taken, and go through getting a new card because this company is not to be trusted. They have taken more money than they should have and I am having to fight for it back.

Seamless process from start to finish..... From Sales Person to 1st Clean. Polite and Professional. Delighted with the service.
