I am very pleased with Harvey. I needed an EICR certificate. He had responsed to my call straight away and arrived the next day. He was very professional, approachable and friendly. And was able to get my electrical issues sorted quickly and put my mind to ease. Would highly recommend and will be calling Harvey for future electrical work.

Prompt, efficient service
The team at yourpropertytesting made it so easy when it came time for my Electrical Installation Condition Report to be done. Everything from initial contact, to liaising with the letting agent to agree a date for testing, was smooth and simple. I had a phone call about 10 minutes after requesting a quote and have just received the completed quote as promised.

Had an EICR carried out at my property and couldn’t be happier with the service. The electrician arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly. The inspection was thorough and the report was delivered on the same day.

Great for landlord's EICR certificate
I needed to get a renewal of the Electrical Installation Condition Report carried out for a property as the old one was coming to its end. I searched online with a comparison website and Yourpropertytesting was one of the most reasonably priced on the list. They called me back and agree a price. They then asked for tenant's details and liaised directly with them. They did not ask for any payment until the inspection had been carried out and then release the report upon payment which was all explained up front. Very clear, courteous and professional at all times.

Great job, very responsive too
Harvey did a fantastic job at very reasonable price for our EICR and other works undertaken. Moving into a new home can be daunting, ours had been, so we very comforted to have a comprehensive EICR report undertaken with areas to be rectified identified. Subsequent works undertaken for other areas were done so in a timely manner with Harvey going well above and beyond to fit us - my wife was due to birth in a week so he made every effort to fit us in and do the works required. Overall, very pleasant to deal with and recommend to others too.

My daughter has just purchased her first house in the Midland's. She needed some electrical and gas work done quite quickly as identified by the surveyor. I phoned a few companies in the area near the property and this firm came over on the phone as Competent, Efficient and very helpful. They have now carried out three piece's of work all in the past 3/4 weeks all to a high stand, quickly, efficiently and at a competitive price. Why have I not used them before I live in Somerset and they do not have a Branch in this part of the Country.
