Great experience with Your Property Testing
I contacted Your Property Testing after pur surveyors recommending we contact an electrician to carry out an electrical test on a house we were purchasing. I check out the reviews and all was good and very reasonably priced. I ask them if they could get someone quick to the house as we were due to complete within the next 2 weeks and they did! I had the report within the next 2 days (very detailed report with photos and prices for the works that needed to be done) once we completed we asked them to return to resolve all the issues on their report and we were happy with the works carried out. Harvey answered any questions that we had and even provided us with 2 extra covers for some sockets. Overall very pleased with this company and further work that we may need, we would definitely come back. Thank you to all at Your Property Testing.

Great Service
Harvey is a refreshing character - kept us updated on his time of arrival, gave us an idea of how long the work would take. Conducted all necessary checks and most of all - friendly, smiling and was happy to answer questions. He gave us the sense that he enjoyed his work. I am very pleased with the service offered by YourPropertyTesting. The engineer who carried out the test, Harvey, was polite and efficient. I have had two properties tested now and in both cases he was thorough and helpful with his recommendations. I would certainly use them again.
