Worst experience
Worst experience - company has 5 different names. Have had to change phones numbers and banks because of this completely corrupt scam. They can't even spell "you're" right, and "your verifiednow.com" was shut down for illicit activities in 2017. 100% scam. There's nothing more than that with these criminals.
SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT RESPOND. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM
Anyting that can go wrong with these people will...
The last time these folks do what they say is when calling back to accept a payment from you. Our google listing had been deemed "closed," and your verified now was hired to correct that and post the correct phone number. Simple.
The site now has a long descriptive that is loosely based on a casual conversation I had with Max, but most of it is wrong (prices, etc). Your verified now now claims that it was AI generated by Google (no it wasn't) and that they cannot correct it. Bye, bye $229!
Master Card flagged them as a scam--we should have listened.

Claiming to have been from Google, discussee expectations and then transfered to an account rep. Began the typical social media song and dance scenario. He became hostile and defensive when again I asked if they are from Google or miskeading or misrepresenting, which led to me being cut off on the phone and then hung up on.
THIS COMPANY NO LONGER EXISTS AND HAD ITS DISSOLUTION IN SEPTEMBER 2018 AND IS CONTINUING TO USE THIS SITE TO SCAM HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS!!!! GOOGLE VERIFIED THEY HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH THEM!!!
This company first of all doesn’t even exist anymore. The company had its full dissolution in September 28, 2018 and it was only registered for a year and 5 months. Now they’re trying to go under the name Top of the Map LLC, which is just another way for them to keep scamming people. I contacted Google just like I read from all the other reviews and I got the same information from Google that everyone else on here did who was scammed by these felons committing federal crimes by stealing peoples’ hard earned money by illegally billing credit cards and checking accounts with a fake company that hasn’t existed for 7 years. Those addresses, store names, Companies, and the name of the person that these companies are under a Mr. Allen W. Beau is not an employee nor has he ever been an employee of Google or any of their affiliations. Just like everyone else in their reviews, I got ripped off for $229 and it’s been 30 days and my company doesn’t even pop up on Google until I scroll down for about two minutes and my store finally pops up, which is where it’s always been anyway. I was told that their services would put my store name at the very top of Google searches whenever any of the products that I sell in my store are googled. I was asked to give a complete list of all the things I sell on my e-commerce store, PERFECT10GOODS.COM. The man I spoke with, who went by Jose, said the more products that I can list that are sold in my store the better it will enhance my search engine optimization for the products that I sell. So I gave them a complete list of approximately 20 categories that I sell products under. Just some off the top of my head, were car accessories, pet accessories, children’s toys, clothing for men, women, and children, jewelry, high ticket items with certain products costing thousands of dollars, home goods, kitchen appliances and utensils, sunglasses for men and women or unisex, remote controlled devices like toys, mini drones, etc., summer and winter apparel, beach accessories, and many more. So this man who goes by, Jose, told me that this is very good that I have this many categories to list and how great my website looked, and the more I can list the more my e-commerce store will pop up on the top of Google when people search for these type of items. I’ve googled every single category that I have in my store and not once did my store, PERFECT10GOODS.COM pop up anywhere relatively close to the top of the Googles search engine where people will find it. I’ve been provided no services and now when I try to contact whatever they call themselves, Top of the Map LLC or Yourverifiednow.com I get no response. They couldn’t even get the spelling right in their own website domain name, which should be You’re verified now, not Your verified now. And for everyone on here who sees these reviews don’t let this bring you down. I know a lot of people think they have lost their money, but all you have to do is contact your bank or credit card company and do what is called a charge back. I use capital one for my credit cards and Bank of America for my checking account and one credit card and any time I’ve ever been ripped off online or wasn’t provided a service they always got my money back and credited it to my account if I proved I was scammed. So I will be doing a charge back with Capital One and Bank of America against these fraudulent lowlifes taking advantage of people who are trying to make an honest living. $229 is a half a paycheck weekly for most people so you’re taking food out of people‘s mouths, making people waste more time to get their money back by having to make all these phone calls to their credit card and bank accounts and have to provide all this information, screenshots, photos, and letters. In my life, time is money so you not only ripped me off for $229. You’re actually ripping me off for a lot more than that because now I have to spend time dealing with Capital One and Bank of America to do chargebacks and provide them with all the screenshots and information that I have proving this company is fraudulent and had its dissolution in 2018 of September and is now being used by people with no names or faces, just fake phone numbers, websites, etc. So for anyone out there who is looking to enhance their search engine optimization stay away from this company. They either go by TOP OF THE MAP LLC OR YOURVERIFIEDNOW.COM.
Total scam
Total scam. Didn’t do anything for me or my business. I asked for a refund within the 7 day window and was told I would get one. Multiple calls back and forth, not it’s been over a month, and still no refund. STAY AWAY!!!
Scam – Took My Money, Did Nothing
This company is a scam. They wasted my time for a month without doing any work. I paid $250 and they never refunded me. Stay away from them.
I was charged $229 by…
I was charged $229 by yourverifiednow.com that promised to verify my business with Google. They delivered nothing and cut off contact after I refused their $200 month upsell. This was a scam. Heed my advise, read reviews before signing up with any service provider. I did not and got scammed. I have started a dispute on the charge, as my bank give me the option when services or products are not received. I have mailsuite, so I know that all my email have been opened and read so it bothers me even more not getting replies. Reported them to the NJ Better Business Bureau, where they have an "F" rating for failing to respond to more than 10 consumer complaints.
This company is a total scam scam
This company is a total scam. They try to do some fancy talking and saying that they guarantee that you'll get back online when in fact all they do is they scour listings that are suspended or not verified and tell you that they'll charge you $300 to get you listed on Google. Stay away. They are a total fake.

I scam to get you to pay for un-needed and un-authorized Google Listing verification. They have no association with Google, and are simply trying to scam a fee over the phone.
Scammers
Well, I almost got scammed... I started asking questions, and what do you... they hung up.
This company is a pure scam
This company is a pure scam. They spam call your business line 5-10 times per day. They either hit you with robo calls or there’s a Pakistani on the line who seems to think they’re better than you. Their line is “your business is not showing up on the 5 major search engines” and when you ask “which 5 major search engines?” They hang up.
I told them I’m never going to give them a dime and it would behoove them to try and scam someone else— they didn’t call me for several weeks after that, then the robo calls began. I genuinely pray that our country makes these spam calls illegal and enforces it. If I knew where these people were I would enforce it myself.
They prey on foolish business owners, that’s it.
Do not fall for it. Any good reviews you’ve read are from the scammers themselves.
Stop giving these people your money.
Incompetent Marketing Scam
Your Verified Now is a marketing company. They claim to be able to help reinstate your Google business profile, but their knowledge base and resources to do this are limited at best and insufficient to a fault. For their base price you may or may not get beneficial services, and they will try to convince you to pay more money for advanced marketing.
I was told they WOULD get my Google Business Profile reinstated, but after a couple months of working with them, including the same repetitive, INCORRECT instructions on how to assist them in the process, they failed at getting my old profile back online. The only result was their assistance in getting a new business profile activated (with which I lost a plethora of reviews). I ended up doing the complicated legwork with Google, that I initially thought was impossible, on my own to achieve the one matter of assistance I was needing.
No refund offered upon multiple requests, and in general they initiated no communication regarding the matter.

We received a solicitation from our business. They lied and stated we worked with them before (we didn’t). They told the person that the charge was permitted by management and that they just needed to collect the information. They charged the card $229 immediately.

Overall Good Experience
Came off a bit sketchy at first but they did get my listing back up and optimized it as well with keywords so i can be found easier. Customer service can be iffy at times but other than that they did do everything they said they would do. Overall im a very pleased customer
