We're very sorry about the Royal Mail failing to deliver your parcel on time. As you know, we ship all kits via Tracked 24, but sadly the Royal Mail no longer guarantees delivery in 24 hours -- even for Tracked 24. Apologies, then, on their behalf, but we're pleased that we, Yoxly, could at least do our part to ensure a good experience. Thanks again!

Great experience with yoxly
Great experience with yoxly. Posted my samples 5pm on Wednesday, arrived at lab Thursday and had results on Friday. Would recommend using them!

Overall super pleased, quicker than getting an appointment with the clinic, and saved a journey too!

My experience with Yoxly was great. The test came the following day I ordered it and I got my results a couple of days after posting the test back. Overall it was really easy and would use again.
