Zafira Organics Avis 

I had to discontinue taking Zafira Recovery due to a medical issue that came up. Michael quickly refunded me for my 1st bottle, and Carlo refunded me on the unopened bottle I returned, once I provided him with tracking number. Very fast email response from both gentleman.

The product has been good and customer service by Carlo has been excellent. Very easy to get anything answered in a timely manner.

Carlo provided exceptional customer service when I needed it which truly is rare sadly these days, so it was very much appreciated.

This product did nothing for me. I still feel extremely exhausted. However Carol kept a check on my experience. When I told her that I didn’t feel any better she automatically cancelled my subscription for me.

For starters, I ordered a product that was advertised as Zafira and was scammed. I emailed the company and Michael and Carlo were SO helpful. They helped me get my correct product ordered and FAST delivery. I had been plateaued for over a year. I have been taking the product for about a week. To my surprise this morning the scale moved 3 pounds!!! I am so encouraged. My GI symptoms are beginning to subside. I cannot recommend this product strongly enough!!! I am so thankful for my Zafira!!!!!

This company stands behind their product and is true to their word. The product did not provide any noticeable change and, after requesting a cancellation of the subscription, I was contacted by “Michael” within an hour and advised that my subscription was cancelled. Truly a joy to work with. BTW, I’ve recommended this product to others and they have had a very positive experience.

I have found this supplement to be beneficial to my energy levels. You need to take it regularly for 2-3 weeks before you notice the difference. I took it gradually at first and it didn’t do anything so then I focused on taking it every day and now I don’t want to miss one day. Also the customer serve is excellent. They respond right away. They even email you to ask how it’s going. Michael was very helpful in pausing my subscription for a bit since I had extras. I highly recommend this product and this Zaria!

I ordered the product and it came. Then I had some health issues and had to email that I needed to cancel. MICHAEL was very quick to respond and canceled my subscription. He then allowed to me keep the product in case I could use it in the future, and refunded my purchase. He was very quick to respond and was very understanding and helpful. Lori

I emailed the company to cancel my subscription and they responded within 24 hours and took care of it. I was worried I would get the runaround but they made it easy!

Zafira Organics has been so helpful in my GLp1 journey! They are right there to answer any questions you might have and also stand behind their products . My mood has been better since taking them and my hair isn’t falling out!

I just ordered but had a typo on my order and ?'s about the subscription that showed on my confirmation email so I emailed them and Micheal immediately answered and got everything fixed and explained the subscription possibilities and told me how to set up later if desired but stopped the recurring one for now. Great customer service!

I just placed my very first order…and messed it up. I emailed Zafira last night and by this morning I had a cheerful email from Michael explaining how they could straighten it out for me. I really appreciate their promptness and even more - the kindness that came through with Michael’s response. I can hardly wait to start taking this! I have two close friends who swear by it.

I put the wrong address when I placed my order. I messaged Zafria and Carlos entered the correct address for my order. This was done in a timely manner and I am very relieved and thankful.

I ordered directly from the website, where it states that the product is "100% made in U.S." but my product was shipped from China. I looked up the address the company provides for their business in "Ohio" and it looks like a shady apartment building. The return address on my package was in NJ. Honestly, I'm afraid to use this product, and I feel I have been greatly misled. I'm highly doubtful I will be refunded, as there isn't even a phone number provided for me to actually speak to someone about this. Very disappointed!

I really was struggling with a blah mood after taking my prescribed medication. I found Zafira Organics on social media and have been very pleased with the results. I've been taking it for over 2 1/2 months and I have noticed a bit more motivation to complete tasks. I just put in my second order online and am looking forward to increased happiness and internal motivation in the upcoming months. I really like how the company checks in to see how things are going since taking Zafira Organics. I was able to share feedback about the capsules sticking in my throat and suggested them changing to coated capsules. Carlo accepted my feedback and gave me a suggestion to open the capsules and pour the contents on my yogurt or applesauce to make it easier to digest. I'm very thankful for the communication and to feel that the company cares about their product and the people using it.

I had a great experience. The return process was easy and hassle free and Carlo responded promptly and was extremely helpful! His excellent customer service made the entire process simple and seamless.
