I appreciate the customer service provided by Carlo. I had a question that I sent via email to the company and he responded the same day with helpful information.

I wanted to post a note regarding Customer Service in particular Michael. Had lots of questions regarding shipping as I am out of the country at this point and I’ve been shipping it to a friend to bring to me. Michael was excellent and getting me tracking and his follow up to my questions.

I gave 5 stars even though the product didn’t seem to work for me. The customer service I have received from Zafira is unmatched. They were very helpful and honest!

I ordered the product one day and the next day I was told to review the product because I had ordered it more than once. I haven't even received it yet and it said I will get more every month on a subscription. I messaged them and Michael answered immediately and cancelled the subscription as I did not want to be having this arrive monthly as I do not know if it works or not. He cancelled my subscription immediately. That is the best customer service anyone could expect.

I had a couple of questions about my order status. Michael was awesome! He answered every question I had, he was super friendly, and his response was handled in a very timely manner. Excellent customer service! Thank you MICHAEL!

My order was lost in transit at the USPS. I contacted customer support and was promptly offered a solution. Michael was very helpful and assured me he would send out a new order. Great customer service!

After starting GPL-1 I ran into a few comments on Reddit that referred to Zafira regarding some of the side-effects and I ventured over and checked them out.
I liked what I saw and realized that I could eliminate the magnesium, ginger, etc. that my wife was taking with what looked like something that would allow me to take one combined product that hit on some of the main side-effects.
Guess what?
After my first month on GPL-1 and Zafira I had little to know side-effects!
I'm sold!
During the first few weeks I got weekly emails and found them to be educational and helpful not spammy.
Support and customer service is great as well and I need to give Michael a big shoutout for his follow-up and assistance.

I accidentally had two subscriptions set up - the service team did an amazing job helping me fix my error. Lovely experience and wonderful people and company.

The product caused me to experience some itchiness - I must be allergic to something in it. Pity, because I love the concept. I wrote the company to explain and they provided a refund within 12 hours. Amazing customer service! Very pleased with the experience and the company. Will definitley seal with them again, if I can.
