I cannot believe the difference in the way I feel since taking Zafira after 2-3 weeks. The sleepiness is gone during the day and I actually feel like myself. The burps have subsided which can be rather embarrassing and muscle aches has subsided. Mental fogginess and a flat affect have disappeared. I am a nurse and I was skeptical at first. However after reading through the data on this product as well as customer reviews I decided to try. I also checked with my physician as well and she stated all the ingredients were beneficial. I purchased this product to help restart my weight loss progress on GLP-1. The first dose I took gave me severe abdominal pain to the point of nausea. I was unwilling to continue taking it to see if I would eventually get used to it. I contacted the company and they easily and quickly provided return and refund information.

I have been on Zepbound for over a year and a half. While it worked well for my goals, I experienced plenty of ups and downs with how I felt. For the last six months especially, I hit a new low every single afternoon. I had to take a nap, and if I didn't, I was completely dozy.

I started a GLP-1 a little over 3 months ago. I started a GLP-1 to aid in lowering my A1C as I was diabetic, this brought on a bout of depression. Amazing product! I’ve been taking it for a few months now. I couldn’t really put my finger on it, but I was feeling so down, not enjoying things I used to enjoy, zero motivation, exhausted all the time. I wanted to start exercising again but always made excuses to start. Within a month, my “want to” turned into just doing it. I’m so glad I took the chance on this supplement. I feel like me again.
