I like the product very much. It works great for me when I take it daily, just as advertised.
I did order too much and could not find a way to change my subscription so I reached out to customer support via email. MIchael provided immediate support to help me change my status, so I can catch up using my current product.
That level of great customer service deserves a shout out as, too often, you can’t reach anyone and are stuck with too much product and frustration.

When I placed my order, I failed to read all the ingredients. Upon receiving my products I discovered I am already taking many of the supplements listed and didn't want to add more on top of the same. I reached out to request a refund. My inquiry was answered promptly, and instructions from Carlo were easy to follow. I mailed the items back in a prepaid envelope, which I had printed from the link provided by Carlo. Upon checking the tracking number, I was able to see the items arrived to their fulfillment center. I emailed Carlo and the next morning I received a reply, along with a refund confirmation! I am very happy with my interactions with Carlo and I wish the product would have met my needs, but thankful for their understanding and prompt processing of my refund.

I didn’t think Michael was gonna make that change on my address and add my apartment number. I think that is stellar because people don’t care anymore.

I did not receive my order and Carlo helped me with the situation. He refunded my money because it had been over a month and 1/2. And he was very prompt about getting back to me.

I have been taking the Recovery Formula of Zafira Organics for two weeks. The scale is FINALLY moving. Constipation is under control. I'm actually sleeping better. I have more energy. Hair loss seems to be slowing down. I couldn't be more pleased. Oh, did I say the scale is finally moving after a three month stall!

First of all. I’m noticing a decrease in hair loss and constipation. My flat days haven’t kicked in yet but I’m still hopeful.

I ended up with too much product all at once, so I needed to back off of my subscription. Michael took care of it promptly and credited my account. I certainly will re-order again, when it is time.

Michael made my faith in customer service grateful there are still companies that respect your business.
