I’m so happy I took the chance to try this. I have been at a pause for 3 months. Zafira helped me and I feel amazing again! Try it, you won’t regret it!

This was my first time ordering from Zafira Organics after seeing ads on social media and after reading several positive Reddit reviews by others who are also on GLP meds and experiencing fatigue.
I reached out to customer service after I hadn't received a shipping confirmation within 5 days of ordering. Michael responded quickly, apologized for the missing shipping confirmation email, and let me know my order had left the warehouse.
I had a follow-up question a couple of days later, and, like the first time I reached out, Michael was on top of it with the information I needed.
He was kind, gracious, and helpful.
Overall, aside from the disconnect with receiving shipping and delivery confirmations from Zafira, this was a great customer experience, and my order arrived promptly, once shipped.

Although I was satisfied with the results I experienced taking Zafira, I had to cancel due to financial constraints. I was worried that they would not cancel immediately, but Michael replied to my email immediately and assured me he had canceled my subscription as requested. Great Customer Service!

I ordered 2 bottles of the Recovery Foundation. Unfortunately I am not able to take them at this time due to other prescription medications that are not compatible.
The return/refund was seamless Michael was very understanding & accommodating.

So I have tried this product and I cannot take this. For me it caused adverse reactions and actually made my symptoms worse. I reached out to the company about my experience and they were very supportive and helpful. They made the refund process extremely easy and no stress! Although this product does not work for me, the customer service is absolutely wonderful.

Although I did not experience the results I was hoping for, and I did get a bottle shipped to me that I did not realize I had gotten as a subscription, they were quick to refund the money. No hassles.

I noticed my nausea was substantially lower and I was able to eat a little more. I’m in it one month and just ordered a 3 month supply. I like it.

I tried this without much luck but I have to say in all fairness I am going through a lot of chronic medical problems, some of which the doctors are not able to figure out the cause with that being said, I did contact customer support and their service was higher than excellent. They responded to my email request with in one hour, the customer service representative I worked with was Carlo and again the level of professionalism and service was outstanding. They credited my credit card promptly for the full amount no questions asked, no hassle at all. So if you want to try this because it may very well work for you I’m confident that your purchase will be safe as far as the 100% satisfaction or full refund if requested without any questions. Carlo also followed up on my refund to make sure my request was processed correctly and completed and by today’s standards I’d say that was above and beyond, at least in my expectations.
