High Impact Coaching Avis 

I came across HIC via an IG ad promoting their free training, and already knew they were something different when the training was actually live (vs recorded as so many of these free trainings end up being). I am so glad I signed up because I wouldn’t be where I am now without the tools and support this program provided. One thing that struck me was their willingness to stick with me while I continued to put the reps in to sign my first client. Baheer was my point coach, and I’ll be forever grateful for both the wisdom and the safe space he provided. I also really benefited from tips from Rehan and Carter too (and a huge shout out to the weekly mindset call Carter leads). If, like I was, you are just starting to build your coaching business, this is the missing piece you don’t yet know that you need!

HIC has been the kick in the a$$ I really needed. You get sooooo much value - not only in tactical coaching business information but also in the mindset and beliefs you need to have in yourself to get there. It’s fast. And they expect work. Sometimes it’s a little overwhelming to keep up but I can’t think of a better way to grow. Great coaching helps you break out of shells and I’m grateful for HIC helping me to do that.

Before I had joined HIC, I was feeling this intuitive nudge to get back into coaching but in a more serious way than I had been before. What I wanted was someone to hold my hand and help me build something from the ground up so I can understand the whole philosophy behind everything.

Interestingly, when I put out that intention, a coaching company did actually reach out to me via Instagram, but after a few calls, I decided not to go with them because I just wasn't feeling it. Shortly after, I started communication with Cathal from HIC, and although I initially didn't know what he did or was about, I was led to ask him if he was some "coach of coaches". We talked more, he set up a call, and the whole thing just felt right, and the rest as they say is history.

Now, although the coaches don't "hold you by the hand" per se, they provide a very supportive and helpful environment and the material they provide through their modules is very thorough. I'm a guy who likes things to be broken down to the smallest detail and then built up from there to give me a solid understanding, and they did just that, so this was very conducive to my style of learning.

What I found amazing too is that they're heavy into the mindset and emotional component behind being a successful person that can create a successful business. They help you develop a more abundant mindset through their exercises, Q&A and mindset calls, and also, just by creating the environment of abundance and achievement through their overall expectation and language, which tends to be contagious.

I will say that the work is definitely not "easy." You will be challenged repeatedly to step out of your comfort zone which at times will lead you to feeling triggered, uncomfortable, scared and overwhelmed, it CERTAINLY happened to me, but this tension is what is needed for you to grow into the person that will be able to own a successful business.

My point coach, Baheer, was amazing. He saw things in me that I hadn't accepted in myself and that helped me in getting clear about the direction I needed to take my coaching business. He was always clear about reaching out to him if I had any questions.

Within my the first 6 weeks, I already closed my first $3.5K client, the most I ever made as a coach and I still have 2 more weeks left of the program!! With the help and support I've received here, I'm fully confident that I will be able to provide this and future clients above and beyond what they paid for my services.

I am a firm believer in hiring a coach if you want to go from good to great at what you do. This has always been a known fact in the sports arena, and it is finally now catching on in other areas as well.

Zander and his coaches are really personable and very knowledgeable individuals, each one of them in their own way, and they have put together a comprehensive top notch program with the best teaching tools and experiences in the industry. It is well worth the investment, not just in your confidence and personal growth, but as it will be reflected in the results you produce. I have been in the program for 8 weeks now and have gone through more content than a year’s worth in my previous coaching program. And I have so much more to go, now that I renewed my membership.

There are multiple coaches you may hear from so at times, there can be conflicting advice and confusing direction. Some might call this a negative. For me, it pushed me to figure out how I wanted to run my business. There are a lot of ways to get it done. You have to figure out the best way for you and no one can do it for you. If you ask for support within the program, you will get it. Not always immediately but that's the nature of a program with many clients.

This program works if you're willing to put in the work, drop your excuses, and push through the challenges that inevitably come up.

I couldn't do this without HIC and Baheer. I have learned so much about coaching from Baheer and the way that he genuinely cares that I succeed and achieve my goals and desires. I won't be the same coach after my own experience, especially getting to the root of my barriers and not letting me sit in my own B.S. I thought helping people with health and wellness behavior change was hard...business coaching is a whole other level and I'm grateful for Baheer's willingness to pick up a shovel with me and help me dig the trench. I have tried all different kinds of programs. This program is the only PROGRAM you will ever need. The whole community is helpful. My coach is literally the best I've ever had and Zanders modules are so great.... Incredibly inciteful to the real world. You will see me out in the real world! Working with HIC has been exactly what I needed. They helped me take an idea and grow it into a 6 figure business. I’ve always had the drive and the ambition to succeed but I didn’t have the direction or support until joining this community. If you’re really passionate about starting a coaching business this is the place to start.

I’d give five stars—but that doesn’t mean it’s perfect or for everyone. This program is best suited for people who already have a solid skill set and want to package it in a way that actually helps others through coaching. In my case, I transitioned from being a licensed therapist into coaching, and one of the biggest shifts I gained from this program was clarity—specifically, knowing exactly what I wanted to do and how to position it. The program is great at giving you the tools and frameworks, especially around mindset and specificity, but it won’t do the work for you. If you’re not disciplined or don’t hold yourself accountable, this won’t be a good fit. It’s also not ideal for someone with no real skills yet—you can come in with a vague idea, but there needs to be some underlying ability or talent to build on. However, if you do have that and you’re struggling to communicate it clearly or make it profitable, this program can be a game changer. Having a strong network going in will help you maximize results, because you can’t expect to join and instantly succeed. But if you bring the right ingredients, HI can accelerate your growth very quickly.

This is a comprehensive program that helps you go from a great idea to a business owner. They thought of everything!

I had been an online coach for 1.5 years before joining HIC.
