Zaplify Avis 107

Has little to no effect. It is disappointing as I had high hopes for this one (I even bought two). It has gotten a few mosquitoes but not much. And forget opening the thing. Although it has lock and unlock arrows, try as I cannot open the thing. My hands are just not strong enough. Mosquitos can get pretty bad here in southern California. Now I can't even remember when I purchased them, it has been a while, I keep testing them out.

My Zapper charged and light came on and I set it outside once porch where I was getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. Not one was caught or zapped even after I left it out by itself for several hours. I had to go inside mosquitoes were so bad. Definitely a dud. Scam written all over it.

Now the response im getting from Zappify is that they can not receive any emails. This company is a SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I'll just let the bank deal with them and maybe get some results 🤔 🤞

Terrible company. Product does not work, they dont allow me to return for refund, they tell me to keep it and refund me 30%.. what??? Do not use this company.. its fraudulent in my opinion.!!!!!

Customer service sucks!!! Cannot cancel order and insurance is mandatory’ they say. Don’t buy Zappify.

Product didn’t work. The few bugs zapped were not mosquitos.

I ordered 4 zappify units. I charged them and tried them out. I was mobbed by mosquitos. They flew right past the units and directly to me. I contacted the company. They have tips such as placed the units out in the area you intend to use at least 2 hours or longer ahead of time. The second tip they gave was to reduce any ambient light... so be in the pitch dark so as not to confuse the mosquitos. When I mentioned that these tips were not part of the advertising for the product and I wanted a refund they offered a 30% refund on the purchase price. Totally ridiculous. Steer clear my friends. Do not donate your money to a scam product/ company.

I ordered 4 of your Zappify Bug Zappers! _ tried all 4 units out and none of them attracted any mosquitos! I realize that this was from a while ago! I was going to give them out as Christmas presents if they worked but they did not! - Very disappointed!!!

Criminal in my opinion.
Zero stars.
Take your money before you press 'confirm order', refuse to cancel unless you pay 15% to "cover costs" and then product return involves postage back to USA tracked. Complete joke.
Offer huge discounts when you ask to return suggesting products ineffective / hugely overpriced.

Does not catch mosquitos. It will catch a few moths. The mosquitos are not affected at all. Don’t waste your money!

Absolute scam. Much smaller than expected and does absolutely nothing. Did not attract or kill one fly or bug.

I purchased 4 of them,, they were extremely effective , however, they didn’t hold a charge for more than 2 hrs. I tried numerous times to contact the company to no avail! I emailed as well and never got any response!

If I could give a zero I would.
Never received the product and they do not care.
I had to send a letter overnight to get the customer service to even respond.
Then they said it is not their problem complain to the carrier.
Stay away! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased this product on June 7, 2024. I used it a couple of times and on August 23rd it would no longer charge. I reported the problem and was informed that because it was outside the 30 days I could not return it. They made no attempt to replace or refund. Beware of this company, they do not stand behind their product.

If I could give it -5 I would. Please don’t believe the hype. It is a waste of time, irritation, and dollars. They sent three of them one did not work. The working units have collected 000 mosquitoes. There is no way to communicate with the company and no address to send non working units. The units do not come with something to attract bugs, so all you get are bug lights which accomplishes nothing.

UPDATE: This company is fraudulent. There is no customer contact number, only one if you want to become a distributor. I received an Auto response that had nothing to do with the email I sent. It referred to me being out of the 30 day window for a refund, and instructions on how to troubleshoot products. You cannot trouble products that never worked the minute you take them out the box. We all need to come together and file a lawsuit against them. I also will be reaching out to the Bureau of Consumer Protection. They are selling items that DO NOT work/defective products, and have been informed by multiple customers, with no intention of a remedy. In some cases customers have reported the product only works for days. Again in this case there is NO REFUND after 30 days. So, they (ZAPPIFY) stand on NO REFUND after 30 days, knowing the product if worked ever worked, will stop working after 30 days and there is no recourse after that time. They also bundle items, knowing some will not be used at the same time, which also depletes the 30 day NO MONEY BACK policy. They have no real warranty. Please adhere, don’t be a victim of SCAMMERS, and report this company immediately.

My original review…SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS! If I could give no stars I would. I purchase the $119.00 bundle in May of 2024 for my rental properties. Took them out the box, followed the manual instruction to charge all four before using. Had no indication any of them charged. I tried multiple receptacles to rule out any power issues. There was no indication of power, no light indicating it was on or being charged, or any percentage from 100-0%. They were all duds. Reached out to the company via email as stated on website cause there is no number to call ( which should have been my first sign), to inform them of the defective product and never received a response. Do not fall for purchasing these items. They are very small, made of flimsy material, do not work, there is no contact number, you will not get your money back, and there is no way to contact them unless you are interested in becoming an affiliate. You’ve been warned.

This product does not kill mosquitoes, I purchased two and neither one has trapped any mosquitoes. Had them both on for one week.DO NOT PURCHASE.

If I could rate it a ZERO I would! Unfortunately, all of the reviews were not available when I purchased 2 months ago. The product is terrible, after the first time of use it will no longer charge and I am unable to receive a response from the company. Complete sham, DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

This device is a JOKE! Don’t waist your money! No refund after 30 days- sad but true!
