Looks like a scam, you will answer several survey question and the website redirecs you into registering, however after registration the website won't let you see what was generated unless you share your payment details.
After reading the comments here I'd never share my payment details as it seems impossible to cancel the free trial.

In addition, we cannot provide refunds once the paid subscription has started after the free trial. However, you can cancel your post-trial subscription at any time during the trial period.

I had a somewhat decent experience with the platform but had the worst experience with the customer service portion. I cancelled during my free trial period before I was charged, I then sent an email to confirm my cancellation and was charged a few hours later. In my opinion there are alternative options where you will have a better experience

Signed up and couldn't even get past a paywall splash screen asking me to start a 1-week trial and asking for CC info. They offer a free plan that doesn't seem to have a way to access without suppling a payment method. Prefer to test without paying first when the plan is offered.

We used to offer a free plan in the past, however, it is no longer being offered. Instead, we made a 7-day free trial available for the Standard Plan so that users can try out the paid features for free. So smart and I love it!
I found zebrand through ads, but then I used it because I really needed an advice on brand logo, and general brand direction, etc. It is free, but it gave me some really good place to start building my brand within 5-10 minutes, and I'm very happy with the results. The system is very smart, fun, and I just love the concept. I highly recommend it to startups or entrepreneurs on a budget!
I came across ZeBrand when I needed to quickly make a logo for my project. It served my purpose well. It would be great if I could have options to customize my logo further.
The branding assets provided are useful. I expect more types of assets to be offered.
The standard of work is very very far from what is expected. The logo was horrendous and so i just basically decided not to use it
