I’ve been with ZenAutos for four years and have just been accepted to continue with another lease hire, which, will see me through for a further two years. The service they provide is second to none, I wish I’d heard of them so much sooner.

Some 2.5 years ago I leased for a first time a car through zen.auto. Back then everything went smoothly. Today I tried to place an order for a new car but the monthly payment I was quoted online wasn't corresponding with the quote i received (via email) from their sales person. In summary their website was quoting a higher monthly payment ( £20 more expensive ) than the one received from their sales person . I ended up signing an agreement for a higher monthly payment but hopefully an adjustment will be made as per the sales person advice. There was another technical issue, i requested a password change but somehow their system generated 2 profiles for me which i found it very odd considering that only one email address was registered for myself. Its not all negative though. The sales person that dealt with me was very professional and she acknowledged that they had some technical IT issues.. In summary as an existing customer i was expecting the process to be stress free but in this case it wasn't. Hopefully zen auto will be able to address the issues stated above very soon

This is the second time now that I have used Zen Auto. Everything is run smoothly and I am extremely happy with the level of service I have received

I usually read reviews with a pinch of salt and very rarely write one. I have to say that from my first contact with Zen to the delivery of my car the team at Zen have been absolutely brilliant; polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They have met all the deadlines that they said they would and have kept me up to date at every stage of the process. Like I said, Brilliant.

Very easy online process to order a car and queries were answered quickly via emails.

This will be my third car from Zen. I have always felt that I am the only customer and have always had positive feedback in negotiation. No waiting on the phone and Rizwaan has been really helpful as have all of contacts I have dealt with over the past 4.5 years.

Struggled at first to book the car for a service which I'd paid for as part of my monthly payment. Once I had lodged a complaint customer service got involved and were excellent at solving my issue with great communication. It's a shame it took me to complain as I have had a zen lease car for nearly 4 years with no problems.

If you're thinking lease is the way, then you have to strongly consider Zen!!

Angela Hall who dealt with my enquiry was fantastic, couldn’t do enough with finding me a replacement vehicle and was patient throughout ensuring she kept contact throughout and emailing over quotes. This was already a renewal purchase but would definitely Be contacting her again when my lease is up

Excellent experience with ZenAuto.
From beginning to termination of lease, all the staff were very helpful and supportive.
The car was delivered and uplifted in the timescale as agreed.
They also handled the transfer of my cherished number extremely efficiently.

I was nervous taking out my first lease however Riz explained the full process and options available to me in detail and provided me all the necessary information before I placed my order. The level of customer service provided by Riz was exceptional. He's a great asset to the team at Zen Autos.
