very poor and unhelpful customer service leased a car
off them and the sunroof exploded when parked there response claim off your insurance and pay for it yourself then resently the car had major faults to the engine just two weeks before the warranty run out
there response was were not going to help you pay for the repairs yourself
absolutely unhelpful and un caring

I’ve had great experience with Zen
I’ve had great experience with Zen Auto…I’ve been with them for over 3 years and each time I have a query, it’s dealt with so efficiently. Even today; I needed an extension on our car and the lovely lady who served me said it would be no problem! I’m truly grateful : )

Spot on!
Everything was clear, easy and fast. After being let down by two previous brokers I thought I'll try ZenAuto before giving up. They were able to 'correctly' tell me if the vehicle was in stock, confirm finances and I had the vehicle a few weeks late.

Amazing Experience
I ordered my car with Zenauto in March 2022 and there wasn’t much communication at the start as I knew I was in for a long wait, in September of this year I was given confirmation of build and ever this then the team have been brilliant, providing me with updates, answering all my questions and just a joy to work with, I highly recommend Zenauto to anyone looking for there next car!!

I have been leasing my car from ZenAuto for 2 years and have always found their customer service excellent. I wanted to give a particular shoutout to George in the customer care team who’s helped me as I’ve been dealing with my rather awkward insurance company! I cannot fault this company
I cannot fault this company. eveytime I contact them they are helpful, friendly and respectful. I have recently been in contact with Zenauto after the manufacturer of my car were very unhelpful. I spoke with the wonderful Abi who took my case on. Throughout the whole process she kept in touch with me and chased up the dealer for a part I had been waiting 9 months for. I would not hesitate to recommend Zenauto to anyone easy process from start to finish.

Compared to other lease companies best by miles
Compared to other lease companies this is the best I have ever dealt with, when I’ve needed to contact I’ve always had a helpful response, any issue with the car has been dealt with efficiently. Would have no hesitation to recommend 👍🏻

Excellent experience
The whole process was new to me as a first time leaser - from start to completion of order was made very simple and easy to complete. Harry was excellent - he explained everything clearly and nothing was any trouble to him. Not got car yet but up till now can only describe as an excelkent experience

The whole experience of dealing with Zenauto from my first point of enquiry to ordering the vehicle was stressfree. The regular emails keeping me updated were helpful. To top all of this I was given a delivery date for less than 3 weeks after ordering. I am very happy I came across Zenauto. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

This was my first plunge into car leasing and ZenAuto have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From choosing a car through to delivery, everything has been so efficient and smooth. Cannot failt them so far.

Recommend with points to consider
Website is easy to use and customer service team are professional and personable.
Due to the nature of the service Zen provide there are a lot of moving parts and as such things can be subject to delays that may be out of the hands of Zen itself.
I think I was particularly unlucky as the original vehicle I ordered was damaged in the dealership forecourt, I was informed it would be repaired, then the dealer stopped communicating with Zen and I went through 3 or 4 weeks where i had no estimated delivery date at all.
My only criticism of Zen is that I feel they could have been more reactive at this stage to find a replacement unit.
Eventually, around 6 weeks after my order date they did find a replacement vehicle, and I was told the newly resourced vehicle would be delivered within 10 days, a day later I was called to say that this vehicle would be delayed by 4 weeks because the dealership could not locate the locking wheel nuts... Fortunately it eventually arrived sooner than that.
I ordered my vehicle on the 1st September, it finally arrived on the 7th of November, which on paper seems fair, the issue was that I was without a car for the entire time and had ordered the vehicle I did because it was in stock and was originally due to be delivered within 4 weeks.
I have had a frustrating experience but I recognise that a lot of this wasn't directly Zen's fault and dealing with Louis, James and George was never difficult or frustrating.
Ultimately, I have received a vehicle I am very happy with at a price that I think is extremely competitive.
I would recommend Zen for all of it's pro's and advise any potential customers to be aware of the potential con's regardless of if they are directly a result of Zen's conduct or practices.
