It has been exciting to start a private practice knowing that there are supportive people who work at Zencare to help you with the process. It is very specialized for providers to feel like specialties have visibility and can find a good match. Ali was so helpful, understanding, informative, and all around really great to work with.

I started exploring Zencare a couple of months ago because I’m going back into private solo practice as a psychiatrist who enjoys doing psychotherapy. Emily was especially helpful answering my questions and acquainting me with Zencare. I like the fact that they have a photographer so I can update my professional photo. They also help you design a well written bio. A nice feature that I have never had before is an app that allows potential patients to check insurance benefits since I am fee -for -service. I’m excited to get started again!

Seems ok thusfar, but forcing the $80 photo video shoot is not really cool.

Two way sync would be a great addition.

The experience is underwhelming. I registered on Dec 15, 2025. I wrote a description of the situation and sent it to many therapists. Except for an automated response I received no feedback from the addressees. The login procedure was easy and seemed user friendly

Barry was great in helping me restart my account! If only there was a phone number to begin with…. 20 step instructions don’t work for this 60+ psychologist. If they did I would have rejoined months ago. Please provide a phone#. You alienate older clinicians who really prefer people to types lists of instructions!!!!!!!!!!

I really like the concept of the site but I wish they were more upfront about the year-long commitment despite monthly payments. It felt misleading.

No referrals! Don't use this platform. Waste of money

It was a great experience talking with Barry. Made it very easy to understand what Zencare had to offer .

Very was my advisor and he couldn't have made the process any easier. I could make my decision that same day and ask for it.The next day and he was more than willing to give me another appointment, which gave me the time to look through your site and determined that it was a great course for me to take.

While I appreciated your easy, efficient sign-up & set-up process, I didn't like getting an imaginary "New Client Inquiry" from Zencare which was actually a welcome greeting. A welcome is appropriate, but a fake client is disorienting. I signed up to this service because the economy has hit clients hard, and I need to re-build my caseload. That fake client was a twisted trick. Don't do that to people. Just say "Welcome"— please.
