Top source of insurance clients for my practice
I have been listed with Zencare since June 2024 and so far it has been far and away the most reliable source of referrals to my practice. The look of the site is appealing, and the option for clients to schedule phone consults through the Zencare site has been very valuable in facilitating initial contacts. All of my clients so far have been insurance clients.

I appreciate the photography services offered, especially the recording of an introductory video, which I believe has impacted converting consultations into consistent clients. Good referral source!
I have been using Zencare for over a year now and they are on par with PsychologyToday for number of referrals and value for the money. I don't know if they still require you to pay for a headshot done by them as a part of the deal but that is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. I consistently get at least 1-2 referrals a month, sometimes as many as 1 per day, and they are higher quality referrals than on other sites like Zocdoc or Therapyden. The site is easy to use and easy to make changes on.

Need to break down types of services there are openings for
I have been on Zencare a while now. Less referrals than in the past. Not sure why but it appears there are many more therapists on Zencare thus fewer referrals for each therapist??? I have three other therapists in my practice on as well, a few referrals for them, but not too many which is hard to justify the monthly costs. My main issue is as a psychologist I cannot indicate what types of services I have openings for, such as individual therapy or testing. This leads to frustrations from potential clients and more work for me, to reply to referrals for services I do not have openings for and explain this to the person.
