Zenith Eco have been a pleasure to deal with. They are always ready to answer any questions and communication has been great; in particular Byron, Will and Jemma have been great to speak to. Down to earth individuals who are always willing to help with any queries and keeping on top of the job. Would definitely recommend Zenith Eco.

Very good and diligent management of a project that, for the customer, is a complex and daunting process. Zenith handled the grant applications, did an excellent heat-loss survey of the property and met all agreed appointments for electricians, engineers and fitters to visit us.
All their staff were very courteous, thorough and tidy in their work.
There were some challenges with the electrics, some of which could have been foreseen if, as well as a heat-loss survey they had done a survey of the electrical requirements and more detailed advance planning to ensure required components all arrived on time.
However their electricians, especially Sion, were extremely skilled and dogged in pursuing solutions to these problems. Craig installated the heat pump and tank with great professionalism. Byron project managed from Zenith's office, phoning frequently to check that staff had arrived and that we were happy with the work.

All the workers involved were kind and respectful throughout and always happy to carefully explain what they were doing. Zenith Eco were great at keeping us informed, by phone, every day about the arrangements. The panel installers did an excellent job fitting the panels on a difficult two-story roof. The electrician, Sion, was also brilliant in ensuring all the electrics were set up properly and explained how it all worked.

The whole job was carried out very professionally.

Zenith were a very professional company. They managed the whole job and could get others contractors in as required (we needed some asbestos removing). They applied for the government grant (£7500) on our behalf. The fitters were very competent, friendly and polite, turned up on time and were tidy workers. We were consulted about all decisions on where everything should be located. The job was completed to schedule.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, with brilliant aftercare

I had internal insulation installed by zenith Eco Solutions as part of the ECO4 grant, along with an air source heat pump, solar panels, ventilation and other improvements.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team were professional, efficient, friendly and completed the work quickly to a very high standard. Everything was handled smoothly, with clear communication throughout, and I honestly have no complaints at all.

Thasleem Hussain was very helpful throughout the process and made everything feel straightforward and well managed. I was also really impressed with the aftercare. Around a year after the installation was completed, I needed help obtaining some documentation, and Jemma Joyce, the manager, was incredibly helpful. She dealt with it professionally and made the process easy.

I’m genuinely very grateful for the whole experience. Zenith Eco Solutions have made a huge improvement to my home, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant- yes there was a minor problem with my solar app not working, but it got fixed quickly and I’m now fully aware of what my solar generated Electricity is and what storage is in my batteries- long may the sun shine 🌞😊

Recently had installation done to my property with this company.. Joe kite the guy who handles when an how what work will be done was fantastic at making sure I understood everything and handle every situation professionally .. overall the work that was done was fantastic the guys on the job did amazing work no mess no problems or mess and they made sure everything was cleaned up after they had finished i just want to add also how brilliant the plaster work was never seen something so neat ! These guys are exceptional from the first phone call to get a quote for my new boiler to the very fast installation I cannot fault them even the warranty with them and reassurance that you are in good hands for the next 10 years gives great peace of mind. Over all the whole experience went so smooth they took care of everything, nothing was a problem they was professional and prompt in overseeing my boiler installation and removing the old one plus storage tanks and all at the best price around. I highly recommend zenith solutions thank you so much guys you done a fantastic job.

We had Solar panels, air source heat pump, a new heating system and cavity wall insulation installed by the Zenith Eco Solutions team. The communication and coordination of the work was excellent, the installers were very professional, tidy (cleaned up & took all rubbish away when they had finished working). They were exceptionally hardworking and finished the job in under a week. So impressed. Thank you.

On the Monday morning the Plumbers arrived, I have never met 2 more Professional tradesmen as Craig, and Fin, they went above and beyond, showing us the procedure from start to commissioning the plumbing, they enjoyed the Bacon and Egg sandwiches I made for them too!

Be wary as all is not what it says on their website
Their contract in their words is a generic contract and cannot be tailored to suit the customer
The contract they want you to sign covers them for any damage they cause in your property meaning the customer has to pay the repair !
Zenith cannot even spell contract correctly on the header page ( spelt contarct)
To many people getting in contact with us was confusing and because I refused to sign their contract they were rude and communication ceased.
Be on your guard with this company as they clearly want to get in your property and do the quickest and cheapest job possible and leave you with the headache of possible damage afterwards.
They even contracted a company to install scaffolding who damaged my gatepost when getting in the driveway which has been an issue to get repaired!!!!!!

can’t recommend Zenith Eco Solutions highly enough. From my initial contact to quick fitting appointment everyone I spoke to was so extremely helpful. Byron kept in contact daily with me when fitting started ensuring the teams had arrived and everything was ok. He was a pleasure to deal with. As for the fitting teams,(cavity walls, loft insulation, electricians and solar) they were all very polite and friendly. They were very knowledgeable in their prospective roles which enabled them to work quickly with as little disruption as possible.
As for the plumbing engineers they were here the longest. I can’t praise Ben and his team enough. Honestly they are the best plumbers I’ve ever used. Due to the nature of the installation I expected disruption but they worked with me and my 2 dogs to keep this to a minimum . They were so knowledgeable about the tank and air pump I was having and al ate had time to answer any questions I had. When they left everything was tidy you wouldn’t have known they’d been here. I am over the moon.
