The best online shopping experience for Vapes I’ve had
This is my second order and as I am in Australia, I order in bulk - and I am so impressed. Will honestly just to continue to keep ordering and stocking up from this store only. No track and trace, no package
I have placed an order to the Netherlands. I have received the UK track and trace which has indicated that my order is in the Netherlands.
However, I have not received more information than that the package is in the Netherlands. I have not received any Dutch Track and Trace or any information about where the package has gone and what will happen next. I paid 10 euros for full tracking service, I don't notice it. The package has been in the Netherlands for some time, but not with me. Wouldn't know where it went either because I got 'zero' information.
I can't get any further with the whatsapp chat employee. It says: Ask your local post office. Which doesn't help at all, now I'm being ignored and 0 action is taken. I can't do anything with that information, there are a number of different 'post offices' and I don't have a track and trace code. They don't even bother trying to help me. He thinks that with the UK track and trace I will also get further in the Netherlands, not. I need a Dutch track and trace, but it turns out to be nowhere like my package.
My experience: Zero Vapes, Zero Service. I would like to see a solution

As per your shipment tracking its under customs stage . At this stage we cant do anything . Just we need to wait for shipment clearance .
For local tracking its depends on your country , Some customers received in our international tracking No . Which more than enough for you .
Even if you contact your local post office and provide our international tracking no they can help you . As we are dealing with very big and famous shipping co ( Royal Mail )
