Zero waste, were understanding, of our circumstances, in needing a clearance. From the first contact, they remained in touch, with informing of their time of arrival on site. Both the gents Paul & Rob, were respectful and dealt with the waste in a good manner. I had to leave the gents, to clear the property and they left the place tidy of no rubbish or mess. They left property secure. Very happy, with Zero waste and highly recommend them as professional and compassionate to the end.

House clearance was a bit expensive but they did all that needed doing.

Overpriced, don't Waste your money! The pricing structure is not transparent. Provides an example of costing with amount bags, items, etc, informed the volume can be reviewed. No pic of items loaded in van so, how is this calculated?
My advice, book a skip or a grab bag if you dont have room for a skip. If you have items for charity, they can collect free of charge.

I would like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to Brad & Billy who attended my home to clear miscellaneous items. Both gentleman were polite, professional & friendly. Brad was especially informative considering this was my first time trusting a house clearance company. I would absolutely recommend Brad & Billy to attend your home, the whole process for me was stress free.

I had a huge amount of waste to clear from Farther in Laws property. Had no Idea how to achieve this, found Zero waste on line. The team from Zero waste came in and spent 4 very long and busy days clearing the site.
The guys were all helpful and easy to deal with.

I rang zero waste recently for a house clearance and was fitted in very quickly. John and Craig were very efficient and methodical. Everything was taken , nothing was too much trouble for them. An excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I initially thought this company was great - I hired them for their environmental credentials and thought they'd recycle my sister's lovingly curated stuff. Not the case. They smashed a whole load of things that I thought would go to charity - I couldn't kick back as I was on a timeline. False advertising and disgusting behaviour for a company that markets itself as green
