If I could give zero star I would. Horrible company that stole 370$ of my money over the last few months without me knowing. I bought a razor that was cheap as hell and then return it. Apparently the razor came with a membership?? Wasn’t aware of that and since then I’ve been charged 41$ every month without me knowing. It’s a f**king scam that will try in any ways to get your money. Stay far away from these assholes.

HORRENDOUS. I purchased a shaver from them back in July last year, I had no idea this had automatically signed me up to a subscription with them. A subscription for NOTHING might I add!!! I was unaware of this payment being taken from my bank account, I only just found out about it and they have taken £229.16 in total from my account for NOTHING!!! I have emailed the customer service account demanding a full refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
Subscription Trap
Subscription trap! They are an online drop shipper of this one razor, and get their main revenue source from this subscription trap using dark patterns. I hadn’t realized they had been charging me $30 dating back to July - 9 months ago! I have requested a refund three times and they have accepted on the third attempt, but I had to be extremely firm with them. Hopefully the refund will be processed as agreed. Initially they refuse the refund and offer a discount on the useless subscription (haha they must be crazy) or one month refunded. The subscription we are all paying for is for “VIP Prices” but they only sell one product, so unless we are all buying the same shaver twice a month at a discounted rate, the “VIP Savings” subscription is totally useless.
Be careful everyone, you either buy the rubbish shaver at $70, or you pay $20 for it and automatically get locked into this $30 monthly subscription. They are your only two options.

TOTAL SCAM!! GET A REFUND
As others have discovered, absolute scam of a company. I only discovered over $300 aud of charges when I received an order confirmation this week. I went back to them to cancel and request a refund. At first they offered a month free, lol, but I insisted on a full refund as this was stealing and illegal as I have never authorised these charges. I have received a full refund this morning so am writing this review to let others know, you need to be persistent when requesting a refund. I also said I would go to my bank and open a fraud case on my card. I did laugh as even with the final email confirming my full refund, they offered a discount on any future purchases - yeah right! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE JUST OUT TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! I did learn a lesson that I should check my cc statement more often!

How to get refund!!
I had the same experience as everyone else but a slightly better outcome so thought I would share what I did to get my money back.
I ordered the crap razor and then a few months later noticed I had multiple monthly transactions for around £25. I emailed them and told them I was not aware I had signed up for a subscription, they told me they didn’t offer refunds but offered me 50% off for the next months. (Ridiculous) I told them I would be disputing the transactions with my bank and reporting them to trading standards and within a few hours all transactions had been refunded. Hope this helps anyone else they’ve robbed for hundreds of pounds.

So disappointed to realise this is a scam company. Just read the reviews and see that I’m not the only one to realise there are over 6 mths of “subscription” charges to my account now. Crap product and crap excuses of how this was even authorised at check out. Absolutely pissed that buying anything online now just exposes us to these pricks.

Terrible scam of a company
Terrible scam of a company. Bought a razor in June and only just noticed that money each month has been deducted as if I've subscribed to something which I 100% did not agree to. I need a full refund of the money for 6 months you have been stealing from me. The razor also doesn't even work, awful vile company.
They have replied saying a refund has been given for 6 months but it hasn't, they only refunded 1 month so that again is a lie.

Trick you into paying monthly subscription
Same to everyone else's reviews - lost hundreds of pounds just by buying a single razor whose quality was horrible. They do not warn you about the added subscription and make it free with hot first purchase so there is no way of knowing its added. Ive asked for a refund and they denied it based on the claim that they send an email confirmation after your purchase (which is very easy to ignore as it is the purchase confirmation). You even get an account created with them with no option of deleting it! Please please if you read this avoid buying anything from them.

If I could give 0 I would. Purchased an electric razor which was absolutely shocking in itself. To then find out they take a payment of £22.47 each month. I’ve lost £135! SCAMMERS, requested a refund and say they can’t refund the whole thing and will only offer £22.47!

Purchased a razor which was rubbish
Purchased a razor which was rubbish. Doesn’t even work properly. Currently arguing with customer services over them refunding the monthly subscription they have been helping themselves to. I did not sign up for this or agree to it. I can see from the reviews they have refunded other people the full amount but so far seem to be refusing me and offering me $50 in credit

Bought a Razor, which was not good quality. Apparently I was signed up to a membership but I have no confirmation email of this.
Even if this was all done legally, the £22 odd you pay a month can only go towards the same Razor that doesn't work and they do not offer refunds.
So if you are reading this, please avoid at all costs.

Oh woow what scammers and big thieves you are I just hapoen to randomly check my bank statement and noticed a recurring payment. Searched the net couldnt find your company, looked through my emails couldnt find you either. You advertise as another company and run recurrent payments using other names so you become difficuilt to track you lousy scammers you have been reported to the fraud teams you should be ashmed for signing people up without them noticing.
