Easy and simple process to order. I like the personalized touch of someone reaching out to confirm my address and to inform me my order is ready for shipping. Can't wait to see my husband’s reaction when he receives his gift.

I love the product, I haven't received it yet (just ordered a few minutes ago). It looks amazing though. Shortly after I ordered, a nice girl named Leila sent me a text to confirm my address. I appreciate the attention to detail. She also offered me some more products with a discount, but she wasn't pushy at all, just very nice and helpful. I appreciate personal interaction with a business. I wish more customer service was handled like this.

They are very responsive and even messaged right after placing the order was placed to confirm my address which I had made on a mistake on. They even provided with additional options and deals right on the spot. I was in direct contact with a live person that wasn't outsourced to call center. Awesome company I would totally recommend them to everyone I know. If after giving my gift to my wife turns out well, I would come back and give another review.
