I was given a quote of £87, this then changed to over £200 with no help from their very rude customer service

We are sorry you had a poor experience. We offer an initial assumption quote and then when you proceed we run a range of validation checks which can affect the price and mean we need to use a different insurer as we are a broker.

The application process was quick and easy, response rapid. I thought the price was a bit high for 12 hours of cover but never having bought temporary insurance previously I had nothing to compare to. Appreciated the email reminder when cover due to end. Would use again.

Very helpful in getting me temporary cover when I needed it most. Many insurers refused to insure me despite clean driving history with no claims whatsoever, I can only put this down to my age (over 70)
