Had a great experience taking out temporary/short term insurance for my part exchange vehicle, whilst waiting for my new vehicle. Zixty is easy to apply online, and reasonably priced. Will use again in tye future.

Fantastic service

Quite easy to do the insurance on the net and it helped a great deal , it cost me approx. 24 pound for the four hours , I did not need the four hours but I had to make sure I did not get caught in traffic although I only had to travel 17 miles, but if you said for 10 pound more have 8 hours I would have probably paid,, something for the future because when people do a few hours they only need it for a few hours , but maybe the odd person gets a delay , but a very good company to do business with , Thank You ,, for all your help

I was recommended Zixty by my insurance company, who don’t offer temporary cover for a second car. The online application process was clear, simple and quick. I’ve never needed temporary cover before, but the rate quoted seemed fair and reasonable.

Very slight problem with obtaining quote (technical) but Mark was so helpful stayed on chat long enough to resolve.Temp quote was good so bought policy

By thousands of miles , far the cheapest. Honestly , under £24 for 3 days insurance. Any other sites with the same excess is above £80.

I wanted to get a quote for insurance. My address isn't in their new system. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. They're dismissive, as if they don't care. They don't care about the customer. I'm sure they'd handle it the same way if there were a problem. I definitely don't think this is a reliable company.

After being let down with a dealerships ‘5 day’ insurance after buying a new car I found Zixty on a web search and within 10 minutes and for a mere £25 for 24 hours full comprehensive cover, we were on our way home, fantastic service, hassle free, very happy 😊 if I could give more stars I would, well done zixty

Ok so I am writing this review based on my experience.
I didn't had time to check terms and conditions for cancellation and refunds, didn't even had time to look for other insurers because I wanted to drive away my car from dealership as my annual insurance wasn't ready. After a day I reached out to customer support for cancelling remaining 6 days and refund the unused days amount but they said they cant refund, so my money is wasted.
So I would request to introduce a refund policy as most other temporary insurers provide this.

Good pricing on a decent level of cover.
Very Monday to Friday for queries.
Helps if you are App friendly, sadly i'm not.

Wasn't happy how you show in large format a price as if that's the actual price but then you add 'fee's and the cost jumped significantly, £100 for 8 days is disgusting
