The wetsuit I hired didn’t arrive by…
The wetsuit I hired didn’t arrive by the booking date so I had to go on my holiday without it. The team were prompt in responding when I flagged the issue but said it was out of their control as it was a Royal Mail issue. I appreciate that but what is in their control is planning the timeline for posting out rentals to meet the date set by customers.

We've refunded in full and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
All orders are sent on time or in advance to allow time for delivery but sometimes issues arise and we are sorry this was the case on this occasion.

Renting with Zoa was really good
Renting with Zoa was brilliant, so simple to order and return and no need to worry about any washing. A great sustainable service when previously I would have bought the dress and probably only worn once!!

I’ve rented dress 3 times now and always pulled through for me, it’s so handy when u don’t wanna spend lots but u have a one off event and also saves you racking up dresses your probably not going to wear again. Highly recommend honestly have nothing bad to say and it always arrives on time.

What an amazing idea!!
What an amazing idea!!! Whenever I have an even I always buy a go polly dress however I then wouldn’t wear it again so to be able to chose a beautiful dress and send it back after is the perfect solution for me. The whole process was ever easy from start to finish. This will definitely be my go to in future!
