Fabulous service. The item arrived earlier than expected, very reassuring as it was rented for a wedding. I hadn’t realised return day landed on a bank holiday but staff very swiftly responded to my email advising it was fine to send the next day. Will definitely be using Zoa again, such a great idea.

As I was travelling I had my wetsuit top delivered direct to the Finisterre shop in the city I was passing through. It was waiting for me when I arrived although packaged in a ginormous box which I ended up ditching as too cumbersome when you are camping. Wetsuit top was fine, the whole rental process including returning it was super easy & inexpensive. I returned a day late as my return day was a bank holiday & that was also no problem. I’d definitely hire again.

Dress arrived day before, looked lovely. Wore to the event, packaged up the next day and then returned to the post office. Everything was so easy! Absolutely recommend.
