Zoës Kitchen Avis 8

They can do a side Greek salad for the grilled chicken plate but they REFUSE to do a side Greek salad for the Grilled chicken pasta plate even if customer is fine with an upcharge!!!!

Would give less than 1 star if possible!
Ordered product, they sent wrong one. I have to chase to them about it. Now they won't send me the correct product until I travel all the way into the post office to return the wrong item. Very very poor customer service. Avoid using them. If a company makes a mistake they shouldn't be asking the customer to fix it.

I purchased items for wedding presents from a registry with this place. The service is appalling - slow, rude and/or non-existent.

After paying for the items, I received a message:

"Apologies but we have had to refund your CASSEUR CASSEROLE dish as this item has been deemed unfit for sale upon inspection.
We note that this was to be shipped with an item you had ordered for a registry. If you are wanting to choose somthing additional we can still ship the items together...".

However, the money has not been returned - for either item. [I cancelled the other item after receiving their email, as above].

I've received a 'don't be rude... We're a family business doing our best...', full of pathos, and a 'We'll give you a refund', but they have not.

Save your time & money and avoid these dodgy scammers. I now have to fight to have my money returned, when Zoe's Kitchen failed to provide one key item from the original order. They're not cheap prices and other more reliable and reputable stores can provide the kitchen items. Go to those!

Incorrect items issued. Contacted Zoe's Kitchen. They said they would send a return label. No Label arrived and neither did the correct item. I phoned them and asked for a full refund with they then said they never received my email with photographs of the incorrect items ( I called bs) and had not sent out the correct items. Refused to refund until items were returned.

My family adores the white beans and the staff in the Zoës is so helpful and accommodating. We really hope that this stays as a Zoës!

I love the food but the restaurant in Vestavia Hills, AL, is dirty and disordered whenever I order take out there.

Great food but service could be a little more efficient. I’ll be back again.

Mediterranean fusion with wholesome freshness ,great customer service. Hats off to "Cat" manager at the Cinco Ranch location in Katy,TX. Your food is great ,your people always willing to go the extra mile for picky eaters like me . They always smile ,I am always coming back . Thank you for standing out of the mundane crowd of fast food . Love Mary Lou
