This company advertises used books. It indicates that you will receive a physical copy of a used book. It collects the delivery address. In my case I wanted to send it to my daughter so I put in her physical address. I put in my address for billing and my credit card information. I get a confirmation email after my credit card is charged and I discover that this is a digital book. Nowhere on the site does it indicate this is digital. I looked over the website. I read all the FAQs. So don't do business with them unless you want digital.

Same here, swear I was getting the physical copy. Waited for it to come in mail.

If I could give this site a zero rating, I would. I didn't realize I was buying a digital book because that fact was well hidden on their website. I am now out $9.50 for a digital book I will never download. I'm sorry I didn't read all the negative reviews about this company and the quality of their downloads before I gave them my visa card. Find another site that's reputable. I will never order anything from this site again and warn others to avoid it.

I thought I was buying a physical book. Instead I got an unreadable pdf. Total scam. Going to dispute this transaction with my credit card. Total garbage!

Nowhere in the description of my book did it say it was an ebook. You dont find that out until you get the purchase receipt and it says download. Of which....it DOES NOT EVEN DOWNLOAD!! THESE ARE SCAMMERS!!!! Going through my bank to dispute this charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! TRUST ME AND EVERYONE ELSE!!!

SCAMMERS ! ! The site never sent a receipt, never sent a tracking number, never sent the books! Claims I made a digital purchase. I disputed the charges on my credit card.

I would leave zero stars but that’s not an option. I was not aware of the ebook when I thought I purchased the physical book since the ebook is available for free through certain apps. When I contacted customer service, they said no refunds when I never clicked a “link” and as I stated was expecting a physical book. Very poor customer service and poor display of description.

Outright fraud. Lied when we asked a question and then said "no refunds" when confronted about it. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered a book. Website NEVER stated that the book was a pdf file, I rechecked after purchase. They also asked for shipping information, which makes no sense considering they aren't even shipping something to me. The website said you can get refunds, but they are refusing to refund even though they had never said it was a pdf file. I would never purchase from them if you have the ability to purchase from somewhere else.

As with others, I thought I was ordering a physical book but turns out it was digital. Customer service said I was out of luck. I reviewed their return policy and it repeatedly mentions that you can receive a return when you ship the product back. How do I ship you a PDF? Totally unethical, I will be filing a complaint with BBB

THERE IS NO BOOK !!! They ask for your shipping address but only after you pay and get the receipt via email, there’s a link at the bottom of the receipt and that’s the book you did not get in the mail I called my financial institution to report this and to block them from trying to charge in the future. Protect yourself and learn from my mistake.

They scammed me and sent me an illegal scan/ebook vs. a used physical copy of the book as they represented on their website. Seems to be common amongst other customers - had to get a refund via my credit card company

Company is a scam! Nowhere on their website does it say “ebooks” only. Even in their “free” shipping policy, it says “shipped by USPS with a tracking number”! I asked them for a refund explaining all this and they refused. Fortunately, I purchased through PayPal and they refunded me.

I was interested in obtaining a hard copy of a current book. Zogomom had it in stock for a slightly lower price than Amazon, so I bought it. They sent me a link to a PDF file of the book. Nowhere, and I mean nowhere, was it ever indicated in the website, invoice, etc. that the book would be delivered in PDF format. I wanted to read the book right away, am used to reading ebooks, so just let it be, but I was not pleased! I should note that if look for information on the PDF file, you will find that it was created using the calibre-ebook.com software. This software can be used to take a DRM-managed Kindle file, and convert it to PDF, removing the DRM. I suspect that was what was done. The occupant of the Princeton address is a 72-yar old housewife, Nan Harvey, according to real estate tax records. I don't think she has a clue that she is being abused in this way!

Completely corrupt and misleading; thought I was buying a physical book; nothing on the page for the book I ordered said ebook. I contacted them and said too bad, final sale. I did not do due diligence before hand to see that they have multiple complaints of being a fraud. Now in dispute with my CC. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a series of books and it didn’t say it was an ebook and when I cancelled they refused to refund me. Don’t irder from them. The description on products are fake and vague!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I also wish I had read the reviews to see that this website only sells download versions, and not very good ones at that. You have to view the whole page on your phone, it might be better on my tablet but I will not be back to this site. Only reason I purchased was the low price and my whole book club was skeptical and I was the idiot. DON'T BE AN IDIOT! Purchase elsewhere.

I ordered what I thought were regular books on this website and it turned out to be a collection of ebooks. Nowhere on the product information, did it say that these were not physical copies of the books. Once I realized what I had purchased, I asked for a refund and the company told me that all sales were final. I looked everywhere on their website and nowhere does it say that their products are digital and not physical. Buyer beware.

I was mislead as well. Emailed to see where book was since email mentioned ebook and I did not order an ebook. I asked them to show me anywhere in description, shipping info where it even mentions any of the books are ebooks. Can't trust anyone these days. All after quick buck.

Like the other reviews here, I thought I was buying a physical book, even entering my shipping address & believing the claim of "free shipping." When I didn't receive tracking or proof that my book was shipped, I reached out only to be told my book was an ebook and there are no refunds for digital products. Nowhere on the listing does it indicate AT ALL that this is a digital product. I'm filing a claim through PayPal but would not recommend this company at all.
