I regretfully express my deep disappointment with Zolo PG, an establishment that claims to provide comfortable and hassle-free co-living spaces. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, with the absence of electricity for the past 10 days and the burden of climbing five flights of stairs to reach my room on the fifth floor.

First and foremost, the lack of electricity is an utterly unacceptable situation. In this day and age, one expects a basic necessity like electricity to be readily available in any accommodation. Yet, Zolo PG has demonstrated a severe disregard for their residents' well-being by failing to address this issue promptly. Ten days without power not only disrupts daily activities but also poses a significant inconvenience and safety hazard.

Moreover, the constant climb up and down five flights of stairs to access my room has become an exhausting and frustrating ordeal. This is particularly distressing considering that Zolo PG is a paid accommodation, and one would expect the convenience of an elevator or at least a functioning alternative.

It is utterly disheartening to witness such negligence and lack of concern for residents' comfort and well-being. The management's failure to rectify these issues within a reasonable timeframe reflects their incompetence and disregard for the residents' needs.

Furthermore, the absence of any proactive communication or updates from Zolo PG regarding the restoration of electricity or efforts to address the inconvenience faced by residents exacerbates the frustration. It is as if they have abandoned their responsibilities and left us to fend for ourselves.

I strongly advise against choosing Zolo PG as a place to reside, as their failure to provide basic amenities and resolve issues promptly displays a blatant disregard for their residents' welfare. It is evident that their primary concern is profit rather than ensuring a satisfactory living experience.

In conclusion, my experience with Zolo PG has been nothing short of a nightmare. The prolonged absence of electricity and the arduous task of climbing five flights of stairs have made my stay unbearable. I hope that prospective tenants take this review into consideration before making the regrettable decision of choosing Zolo PG as their place of residence.

Zolo_Worst_Experience

Worst experience one can ever have. Booked an A.C room. On the date of moving the manager over the phone he is saying A.C room is not available and even didn't inform earlier. He is just a lier. It's better to stop the service rather giving this kind of services as people are coming over here believing in then. Worst, disrespectful, inhuman.

It is one of the horrible place where you can stay literally !!

If you want to lose your mental peace fighting for no proper WI-fi, electricity issues, water issues, Maintenance issues this is the right place to buy all the problems by staying here as a resident.

There were literally 2 ACM's changed Ramesh, Lohit and now there is a useless idiot whose name is Joshi, who will sit on the chair with his legs folded and you have to go and tell him the issue, but still will not show any politeness and address your issue by getting up, and he visits the property like a guest house he owns.

Ramesh the caretaker is a blackgod, he does no work but is glued to his mobile entire day.

0% support, reluctant attitude, Arrogant people who maintain this property

Also Meghraj is playing Dirty Politics with few residents and creating chaos to existing residents by disturbing them.

@Joshi, @Ramesh, @Meghraj - Paethetic job done in Zolo, Higher ups please take action on these people immediately.

Uneducated cleaners repaired while cleaning the fridge,Zolo cruze property Manager Dhananjay instead of taking responsibility he charged the repair cost on me, you would have to deal with these 420 forgeries if you choose Zolo

Boycott Zolo

Nothing was good. Pre-booked a property and just before check-in, they inform that there is no room. And to refund the money, there is no one to ask for.

Very nasty and cheated to earing from customers. They asked to pay booking amount 944 and deposit 5000, but now they saying we will deduct amount additional fee for exit 1950, I m not sure why cheated to earning the money such kind of way, also he said will not refund the booking charges money. F.... This zolo and fully fed up with zolo. Better avoid to book the room in zolo, cheating all those things, service also good and manager no response. Initially they will speak very nicely, but once you inform for vacate, your money will gone. Avoid zolo

Zolo is nothing but a big fat fraud company. They just want to take your money by providing wrong and half information. Whenever you want to book any property using zolo app. It will only provide per month rent details and no other payment components like deposit and exit fees. In order to book a property you'll have to give a token amount of 1000 Rs. Which they confirm is 100% refundable with a condition that if bed is allocated after booking this money will not be refunded on cancellation and the best part about their whole conspiracy is that u will not get any estimated amount to be paid until bed allocation and after that they will send you an invoice stating twice the amount of rent. Now you can't even cancel coz then you won't even get token money back. And the fraud continues, I booked this property for a month via zolo app then a day before my check in I got a call from this properties owner Mr. Himal that there are no beds available and he asked me to cancel this and book another property with garantee that my token amount will be refunded he'll talk to his manager he'll make sure this is done and guess what I haven't seen my money after that my cancel request is pending since that day. I had no other option since I needed a place to stay the next day I booked another property and while this whole conversation he didn't once mention about any deposit or exit fees. He said everything will be handled. After booking and receiving the invoice of twice the money that they are mentioning on the app I call him back he got me in touch with his manager both of them were of no help. I also called the support team they were also of no help and asked me to send an email as they cannot do anything about eating up my money twice with wrongful information. I even sent out an email to there management. There is no response on both of my requests. Big fraud app please be careful and never use this app or service they'll just scam you upfront. And then will ghost you.

Hey guys don't choose zolo for staying

Hey guys don't choose zolo for staying. I started living zolo and before living they said that security amount would be fully refunded but when I left the zolo only I got my half security amount. They cut gst and 1000 rs of some charges even I served my notice period.

Worst Scam

Zolo in my opinion is a company born to extort money out of its residents. As per as perks are considered it provides nothing but mental breakdown and the worst food anyone can ever imagine. Also the electricity bill borne out by the staff members is also paid by its inmates. Also the customer care is useless as they have no knowledge about the latest developments and dont cater to our answers.

I tried but @zolostays failed everyone.

I was seeking for improvement in 6months but nothing changed, even worse you charge customers on later saying hidden management policy.

I would like all my members too #avoidzolostays help out your friends or family to stop going for zolo.

There are no meetings conducted, no one asks for welfare, services are really poor , food is not good.

First they say electricity charges are rent, later it's thrown on our head. If you're changing things, you should change the rent according to it.

They are just misleading us and trying to fool around .

Horrible. Please don't get into PG stay SCAM

My experience with my zolo stay in Saravanpatti, Coimbatore, was quite negative. I won't ever suggest anybody here. Please be cautious of their PG swindlers. I only ever had one unpleasant day there, on January 17, 2023. The caretaker informed me that people had left for Pongal when I visited their property on January 14, 2023. Based on this, please check the guest list; it will be identical to the specific room where one will stay. I was disappointed since I thought they were right. On the 17th night, I went and had a dreadful time. After working a long day at the office and leaving Kerala at 5 a.m., I got to their workplace around 7.30 p.m. They just showed me one unit and claimed there were no vacancies. That apartment had two rooms that were shared by three people. I inquired whether I could have one or two shared rooms. They said that it wasn't offered. When I arrived at the residence of one of the women who was doing the night shift in one of the rooms, she informed me that she would be working the entire night. I had no chance to get any rest. Three people were already occupied in another room. Two of these guys were about to leave the next day, so I couldn't disturb them. They offered an unclean guest room with no drinking water, filthy cots, and no functioning geyser or air conditioner. The door to the apartment room was left open. It was a terrible night for me. Here is where the scam begins. While I was in the guest room, I paid Rs 500 for the advance reservation, Rs 3,000 for the 15-day stay, and an additional Rs 6,000 for the booking. They requested Rs 600 in registration fees and a one-month notice period, for which they would charge me an extra Rs 6,000 in fees after I informed them it wasn't worth it. Only once I have paid these fees will they release my advance. The fact that we had to pay more electricity bills was not even mentioned to me throughout the inquiry. They are sending me eviction letters daily, and the app says I owe Rs 7590 even though I did not sign the contract or pay the balance.

Worst Fraud

Worst Fraud. Don't think this as an innovative startup, its a fraud. For a single Fan, Light, Geyser, charging we got electricity bill 1500rs. This is a daylight ripoff. I will do wt I can do to zolo.

Worst Service

They charged for welcome kit but i did received. when i asked they said u verified with otp that you already received but i didn't. Lot of services are not available like TV not recharged, wifi went down for several days, common space things they said are not there, AC. Property Manager did not give a shiiiit about your problem and worst and rude behaviour. Please don't choose Zolo.
