I really enjoyed working with Zown. At first, I was skeptical because I had never heard of them before, but I decided to give them a try, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience.

After our first meeting, they created a WhatsApp chat for me and my husband so we could move forward with finding our dream home. I especially liked working with Hussan. He was always there for us, responded quickly to our questions, and arranged house showings whenever we asked.

Even before we found a house, Zown connected us with a mortgage lender and helped us get pre-approved. Once we found the right house, they also helped us with the home inspection. The mortgage rates we received were much better than those offered by the major banks. They also referred us to their lawyer, who was more affordable than the lawyer we had used before. On top of that, we received a nice cashback at the end, exactly as promised.

I would highly recommend Zown to anyone looking to buy a home.

I had a great exercise with Zown. Best part is cash back which helps to manage closing costs. Additional cash back if you go with their suggested mortgage company. They also help with lawyer referral for closing. If you are not in GTA, the realtor who helps with viewing is differ than your main realtor. If you have basic knowledge about things to look for while booking you should be fine. Better to talk with main realtor for guidance as the viewing realtor may not help beyond viewing. Overall best part is the cash back which they provide on time

Our experience with Zown Realty has been amazing! From the start, Rohail made everything super smooth — arranging showings on short notice, really understanding what we were looking for, and offering great suggestions along the way. Communication has been quick, clear, and friendly throughout.

When we ran into a small issue with the listing agent, Rohail jumped in right away and went above and beyond to help us through it. Their partner mortgage broker and lawyer have also been fantastic to work with.

Everything has been seamless , and the cash-back offer toward closing costs is an awesome bonus! The only thing I would like them to do is be a bit more transparent about the cash back policy, so the information is clear to the buyer.

Overall, I would recommend Zown to anyone who is looking to buy a home in Canada! In addition to the cashback, their operation is legit and they make the buying process very easy for the buyers. 🙌

Getting cashback on purchase of property is amazing. The team is very good and available for any hurdles along the way.

Really disappointing experience with Rohail and Zown.

Started off strong, but quickly turned into constant follow-ups from our side. We had to chase responses, repeat requests, and still didn’t get what we asked for days! the worst part was showings.

DO NOT go with them just for the 10–15K cashback. There are plenty of realtors who offer cashback AND actually provide full service—or negotiate well enough to save you way more than that.

Also, their setup is confusing. You don’t deal with one consistent agent—random people show up for showings saying they’re “helping out” or are friends of the account manager. When asked basic questions, they literally say “Rohail will guide you, I’m not sure. about this area” It was honestly both hilarious and pathetic at the same time.

Overall, felt like we were doing everything ourselves. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst company ever.
Zown is hands down one of the WORST Realtor company anyone could work with. People only praise them because of their CASH ADVANCE offer (EMPHASIS ON ADVANCE) that they have. It's a deal with the devil. "Sign with us and get screwed by doing most of the work yourself. Be on the lookout yourself. Advocate for your own best interests. Fight to get your own down-payment in case a housing offer falls through"...

Ryan advised us once to place an offer on a house, 25k over asking price. Even an agent that works for Zown told us that was ludicrous and down right unethical.

Zown does not care about the best interest of their clients. They want to fill their pocket as much as possible.

They screwed us over numerous times. Failed to send us house posts and had us missed out on the offer.

They are unprofessional. Avoid
