Zumo is a newer platform that recently launched, it used the same model as sweeps jungle, I gave 5 stars because I like the color way and everything is optimized and runs smoothly however the game library seems to be composed of the lowest rtp slots that could be offered hitting any kinda decent win has (for me anyways) not happened yet
account and KYC verified. turned $30 to a $100. tried to redeem and got rejected and blocked. Another site on my blocklist.
Refused to resolve account issue, costing me 112$. They then offered me 3sc to make a good review. So keep in mind these 5star reviews are paid for by these scums.
I can’t seem to get my redeem out. They say I need to re verify something but the link provided continues to be invalid. I then go to chat and get a new link but I have no idea when that new link will hit my email. This time it hit my email at 330 am my time and I was asleep and of course the link is invalid this morning. I have gambled with many sites and this is the first time I have ever had this trouble. They need a new process to get redemptions validated easier.
Customer service was excellent! Response time was superb! Redemption times could be better. It’s hard to find a platform that has live agent customer service! 10/10 for sure

They have an awesome game selection and I played and deposited a lot and already became Gold vip, finally after a lot of losing I got on a lucky streak and won a sizeable amount. I went to verify and their verification system keeps saying face not verified with biometrics and I have tried using my drivers license and passport to no avail. After several times trying now it won’t let me try and locked me out of the variation system. I have been verified at multiple casino sites with these documents and my face as well as TSA and CLEAR without issue: I am not sure what the issue is but I have emailed support and hopefully they fix it soon so I can redeem and update review to 5 stars and make more deposits here. If they fix this, I may take all my business to this site.
Update so far not promising. I contacted support who told me to contact the verification provider who told me I need to contact Zumo support for a new verification link but when I click redeem it says the trail is blocked and to contact support which I have already done several times to no avail. Very frustrating so far. They sent me a new verification link and it still says facial recognition failed as that is impossible as it’s my face and same id and face I have used for tsa and clear and multiple other casino sites without issue. Extremely frustrating
Customer service advised me now to be patient, but would they be patient if it’s their money? They claim their tech people are working on it but why couldn’t they email me those updates instead of making me keep going to chat to see what’s going on. Also vip support who was active communicating while I was making a ton of purchases has stopped responding now I am trying to redeem. What is it with these sites that don’t treat big players well? It’s not a good business model for a casino and is just not good service. I hope they turn this around as the site has a lot of potential. For now I have to lower my score to let other players know this issue until it’s resolved.
Update; their fraud team contacted me and stated that they are closing my account due to fraud? What fraud? It was my payment methods, I deposited over $6k, it was my id, I only played slots and played several different ones from different providers and won $10,000. No tricks, just pure luck, Oh, I see the fraud, I won! Oh well, they refunded my purchases and I still lost almost $4k but I probably dodged a bullet if this is the way they are if you win big….
So far so good, made numerous deposits & finally hit a nice win. Broke it down into a single redemption. 1,000 via Visa debit, says a 7 day wait. Verification (KYC) was submitted before redemption and took nearly 7 mins to verify as it processed slower than I expected. Verified correctly & no issues. Will come back and finalize review and up my star rating once completed redemption.

They canceled my redemption made me authenticate via email with my debit card I'm using to redeem on including a picture of my face with me holding it.
Submitted. No confirmation on that but noticed my redemption has now been resubmitted today 5/5 instead of my original 5/4 date, so I'm assuming it's all good and processing now!
Will return and update once it has processed!

Terrible site with no player protection. You can only self exclude or time out for up to 30 days. They will not let you close your account. You need to respect the player.

There are some great sweepstake casinos out there and this is not one of them. So I started playing here because of a suggestion from facebook. I won $500 and waited almost a week! But that’s not even the half of it! When my redemption finally came I checked my bank account and there was $25 from them! I said this must be some kind of mistake! There excuse is because I used free coins! But not only that I made a deposit here! There customer is a joke! This casino is a scam and I would save your money and play somewhere else! There always seems to be one bad apple in the bag and this is one of them! A great casino to play at is Vegaswin and they pay you fast and won’t rip you off! I’ve played at 100’s of sweepstake casinos and this one is honestly the worse one I’ve experienced!

Terrible RTP I think the prior reviewer was right they are trying to make money because they are a new casino. WIth RTP's like these they won't be here long. There are so many other better sites. Try somewhere else save your money.

Cashed out on first day! Came to my account instantly so not sure why people put bad reviews over larger redemption taking longer in my experience they all do that. And just be happy and thankful that you won big! Like wth??? I would be over the moon, not on here complaining about it lmao! I cashed out 100 and maybe soon I'll win BIG too and I'll update if I do!
