I Had a trampoline for a month before it broke. They sent me replacement parts,broke again. Sent more parts same thing again. So I wasted $600+ on a peice of junk.I gave them a bad review on amazon and they kept contacting me to remove it over and over. I told them they were Harassing me and i was contacting Amazon and they stopped but took down the listing and openned up a new one.
We purchased a zupapa trampoline after our neighbor raved about how wonderful theirs was. Our child loves it and it has made a great addition to our back yard.
Our trampoline has held up very well. We had to replace the perimeter netting because the kids kept pulling on it and the pole covers were crumbling. But our kids basically use it weekly if not daily. Great investment. We've had ours for 5+ years.
The kids love the trampoline and we as parents love the design of the trampoline. Very sturdy!

2 poles broke promptly after seeing up our trampoline. We have a some storm, and it caught the basketball net poles. Zupappa replaced them with no hassle.

The trampoline I purchased was well packaged. The instructions were clear, and there are also video tutorials. I’ve had it about a year and it’s held up great even though I never put the net away for winter or anything.

Quality product with wonderful customer service! So glad we chose this company. Our 15 foot trampoline is holding strong after almost 2 years of kids and adults jumping on it. The net got a small hole and they were very responsive by email and honored the warranty, replacing it within a week.
The trampoline itself is awesome. The quality is great, it feels sturdy and well-built, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The kids have really enjoyed it.
The one major disappointment was the basketball hoop attachment. That was actually one of the features our kids were most excited about, so it was a pretty big letdown when it broke within the first couple of days of normal use. The hoop attachment just seems very poorly designed and flimsy, especially compared to how well-built the rest of the trampoline is. Unfortunately, it broke badly enough that we ended up having to throw it away, and the kids were really disappointed.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the trampoline itself because the quality has been great. I just wish the basketball hoop was designed and built to the same standard as the rest of it.
Everything came very quickly, and I do not regret my purchase. When you’re paying so much for a nice trampoline, though, you would almost expect it to come perfect. Since we put it together less than a year ago, two of the bottom notches will not latch together, so it remains broken. We are still able to jump on it, it just does not look aesthetically pleasing. Other than that, we are really enjoying our trampoline.
Getting replacement mat and screen for my trampoline was so easy. Very cost effective too!
This trampoline has lasted for 10 years. Replaced parts such as netting and pads a few times and even a bent pole but this keeps on working for many hours of fun.

We got this for our daughter for Christmas and, despite a northern winter delaying setup, had it ready for fun in under two hours – a stark contrast to our previous model. She loves the rectangular shape for her gymnastics. A real testament to the company was their customer service: months after our purchase, Zupapa responded quickly and effectively to our questions.
