For our international customers, the delivery rate is calculated by weight at the checkout. Shipping rates are set by our international couriers and are unfortunately out of our control.

Once you've added all of the products that you wish to buy to your cart, please proceed to the checkout where you'll be asked to enter your delivery address and then the shipping fees will be calculated for you.

International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes - you would need to pay for these yourself if applicable as any these are the sole responsibility of the buyer and Craftovator would not be responsible for any additional charges requested by customs in the destination country that your order is being shipped to.

If you would prefer, you are also welcome to arrange your own courier to collect your order from our warehouse.

Simply email info@craftovator.co.uk with your order number and we will ask our warehouse to inform us of the dimensions and weight of your order so that you are able to arrange your own courier. Collections can be made from our warehouse between 9 am and 3pm Monday - Friday.
