Just spoke to someone called Nwomu who had no idea about employment representation in tribunal. Kept saying " we only provide advice" in employment matters. Not representation. But website says just that. Mentioned to her that I wasnot looking for advocacy BUT because I am not litigant in person I am looking for an employment solicitor to handle preparation of documents and agenda etc for hearings. Same thing We only prepare advice!
Not very good start to a possibly goodbusiness relationship.
I will be using another firm.
