Clinical Negligence Claim
My contacts throughout this lengthy process (5 years) for the majority of time was John Lowther and Rebecca Hall. John was the solicitor representing us.
I was constantly kept up to date with the process and progress of my clinical negligence claim. At all times I felt he had our best interests at heart.
We would discuss every report either for the plaintiff or defendant and he would seek my opinion and challenge the writer if necessary. He always sort my views and that my view was respected. Towards the end I was consulted at every stage of the settlement negotiation process. The outcome was a reasonable settlement slightly less than I had hoped for but more than my legal team expected. At leased we avoided a lengthy and stressful trial.

Fantastic company and John Lowther is amazing!
Absolutely fantastic company, highly recommend John Lowther, he agreed to take on my medical negligence case and truly believed in me, was professional, friendly, compassionate and never gave up! John secured a fantastic settlement for me & I cannot thank him enough, he made the whole experience that much better because medical negligence is a stressful time, without his positivity I don't think I could have done it.

Terrible customer service for a potential employment matter client
Just spoke to someone called Nwomu who had no idea about employment representation in tribunal. Kept saying " we only provide advice" in employment matters. Not representation. But website says just that. Mentioned to her that I wasnot looking for advocacy BUT because I am not litigant in person I am looking for an employment solicitor to handle preparation of documents and agenda etc for hearings. Same thing We only prepare advice!
Not very good start to a possibly goodbusiness relationship.
I will be using another firm.
