Terrible Exchange Process - Wasted Money and Time
I ordered a pair of Graphite Raw Denim Pants which were too large (M), so I requested an exchange for a size S. The company sent me confirmation of the exchange process, and I spent 216 DKK shipping the pants back to their warehouse in Italy. That is excluding the 75 DKK, I spent originally to have the pants shipped to me.
Instead of processing the exchange as confirmed, they simply refunded me the cost of the pants. Now I'm left with:
- No pants at all
- Lost 291 DKK on shipping
- Would have to place a completely new order and pay shipping AGAIN if I want the correct size
The company's complete disregard for their own exchange process is unacceptable. They clearly state in their emails that this was an exchange, not a return, yet processed it incorrectly anyway. This isn't just about the money - it's about the time wasted and the complete lack of attention to customer requests.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. So far I've learned my lesson about ordering from 5mc2.
