Appalling after sales service

For the second year running they failed to update the service history online, i sat in front of the so called customer service agent and asked him if it was updated, he without hesitation said yes! I told him about the problems last year and he said Ooo well it's all done this year - what a liar! Also supposed to vacuum the car after service but obviously couldn't be bothered because no one had touched the inside! Rubbish service, they only care about selling, once they've sold the car they lose all interest. He also told us he would call us back later the same day (Tuesday) with a price for a SD card - still waiting...... I will never go back to this Lookers they are useless!
