Vick (PT) at Oswestry Gym
Vick (PT) at Oswestry Gym, was superb. Very patient, demonstated how to use machines correctly. Encouraged me through out my first session to keep going and ensured that each machine I used was to my ability. Gym itself was not overcrowded (off peak 12.30pm) , was clean and attended by all abilities. I felt very comfortable. Can recommend both Vick and this gym.
