A very positive meeting with Ciara Garde yesterday. Ciara’s kind manner was very reassuring throughout- even when my Teams link was not co-operating at first (my fault!). Ciara had prepared well by requesting the necessary documentation in advance so we hit the ground running. Throughout the meeting, Ciara explained terminology; figures and protocols with clarity, patience & exactitude. Ciara followed up with a summary e-mail within 24 hours- outlining the facts & figures with a proposed timeline & with suggestions to maximise my outcomes.
