Sadly, parts of my experience with I Love Wallpaper were not good at all. I find the quality of the product poor. I had a faulty roll, I was forgotten about for days, then the wrong batch number replacement was sent.
I then reordered a whole new pattern and the ends of the rolls have been cut poorly so when you line them up you can clearly see the joins as they are rough. I realise the wallpaper isn’t expensive, however it should be fit for purpose.
Customer services, however, were polite and friendly and tried to be helpful. If I could score them separately it would be higher.

I ordered a very pretty rose plant in a pot, for my poorly mother so that she didn't have to arrange a bouquet on her return from hospital. I also ordered chocolates and paid extra for same day delivery.
I had a message at 3.30pm on Friday saying they couldn't deliver as they couldn't find a florist with the advertised rose plant! I tried to call back and kept getting cut off.
Eventually on Saturday morning I spoke to someone who offered me an upgraded bouquet to be delivered that day. I didn't want this in the first place but had no choice but to accept the offer as nobody else could deliver at short notice.
What was delivered was a bouquet of sorts, but when they say they upgraded they just bulked it up with horrible chrysanthemums.
I appreciate they probably did the best they could but bear in mind the photos on the website do not resemble what will be delivered!
