Poor packaging

Poor packaging for home delivery when ordering on line. The box was ripped and partly open and was left outside by Royal Mail even though I was home. The packaging on one of the items inside was also torn and was supposed to be a gift for Christmas. No response from the customer service email!

Great learner dirver insurance

Would recommend Marmalade for their learner driver insurance. You can pay for a month at a time or six months etc. It's super easy to set up and renew, and they send useful reminders when the policy is expiring. Didn't have to make a claim so not sure how good their claims handling is...
Used Marmalade for two learner drivers. But they couldn't insure my Fiesta for a new driver

Great customer service and always happy to help. Allowed me to buy two pairs of trainers to see which fit and looked the best. Returned a pair and was refunded quickly.

Poor service and faulty product

My daughter was gifted a welded bracelet for her 18th birthday by her grandma two years ago. She's now studying medicine, so she had a clasp fitted to the bracelet in store by Astra & Miyu, so she could remove it when needed.
The day after the clasp was fitted, the bracelet came off her wrist. She hadn't done any activities that would have caused the clasp to fail.
She reported this to the store immediately, which directed her to customer services.
They said they were unable to offer a refund or replacement as the bracelet is out of warranty, despite the clasp clearly failing within 24/48 hours. They didn't even offer to refund the £30 cost of having the clasp fitted. Surely there should be a warranty on the clasp...?!
Appalling customer service and no compassion shown for something that is clearly a faulty product.

I am not Jazzy as referred to in your reply below and have not bought any earrings or had any contact from the Customer Care team. The issue has not been resolved

We apologise for the mix-up in our previous reply and for the frustration this experience has caused. We can confirm that our Customer Care team has been in direct contact with your daughter via email, with the last reply being 10/12 with a resolution provided. As advised, the store that originally fitted the clasp will be the best place to support with any further review of the bracelet itself.

Item not received and no refund

I ordered a jacket for a Christmas present and despite saying it's been shipped and is with Amazon Shipping it appears to be stuck in transit. They've told me to reorder and they will provide a refund.
No refund received and not responding to emails!
Very poor customer service and would not recommend.

Persistent phone calls

This company continues to call me and text me despite telling them on multiple occasions that I am not the person they are trying to get hold of.
I get calls from them daily despite telling them to remove my number. They say they will update their details but the message is not getting through!

DO NOT BUY FROM ROXY

Oh I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company! Ordered clothing at the start of January and it's still not arrived. They took my money immediately, the DPD tracking link goes to nowhere and they don't respond to queries. They're blaming Brexit for delays yet other EU countries have delivered products quickly. And I continue to be bombarded with marketing emails and they eveb asked me to rate a fleece that hasn't even been delivered! I feel like I've been robbed! Absolutely shocking customer service. DO NOT SHOP WITH ROXY. You will not receive your clothing.

Poor customer service

Ordered a gift for my daughter in October in good time for it to arrive for her birthday in November. It never arrived and then finally told me they were unable to fulfill my order and that it was no longer available. Two months later I'm still waiting for a refund.

Signed up to receive the family food…

Signed up to receive the family food boxes. Had delays with both boxes due to the bad weather but impressed with the meat quality and some of the different recipes. The meals are easy to cook and some of them are amazing. Great for adding a bit of spice to your weekly cook ups!
